Love the EKG feature, I don’t have issues, but it is nice being able to watch change. Do yourself a favor and disable WiFi battery lasts about 1.5 days, I charge while in the shower so it lasts days without having to take off long periods.

It helps out a ton with my every day tasks. Absolutely worth the money. I had a fossil watch previously when I had an Android phone. The fossil absolutely will not stay connected with the iphone, so I had to make a change. The apple watch is 100% more useful than the fossil.

I do not always have my iPhone out and nearby (However, still within wifi distance) - I love that I have quick access to appt reminders, text, and even calls. Even though the battery life is limited to one day; the many features far outweigh this one point.

It is great for tracking activity, reading and responding to messages, reading notifications etc. without reaching for your phone. It is also nice and compact and looks good. I do love it but haven't figured out how to get a weekly summary of my activity which was really east with fitbit. She has worn her Fitbit for over 3 yrs. everyday and now wears her Apple watch and really likes how diverse it is. She has a heart condition and this will help when she is having symptoms to monitor her heart rate. She learns something new each week about this device.
