It doesn’t come with the automatic sleep detection like my $300 Fitbit ionic did. But the ecg sold the product for me and the answer from the wrist is so easy. I would answer my phone on my Fitbit and yell I’m digging up my phone from the bottom of my purse hold on a moment. But the apple series 4 I can just start talking on my wrist. I love theses two features most I just miss knowing how I slept since getting good sleep is important to your overall health.

I love my Apple Watch. It is so nice to be able to just quickly glance at the Watch to read and reply to texts. I also like the echocardiogram that this model has. The screen is very clear and sharp. It is also bright enough that you can see it outside. The only thing that I would like to be better is the battery life. I have to charge mine about every 2 days. I still recommend this product for all the awesome features it has.

Finally broke down and bought the Apple Watch 4. Probably got influenced by all the ads. Using it for two weeks now, I am unclear why one would need one. It's a good fitness tracker but otherwise if you usually have your phone near you, it's fairly useless. If you never had an Apple Watch but are thinking of buying one, look closely at what it actually does and whether it worth the price for you.
