However, like all Apple products it does take time to set it up. But if you have friends that have one that will help you and avoid frustration during setup. Because it has a phone, it does kind of make your phone redundant. It is nice to have messages sent frequently but it can be annoying.

Awesome watch for exercise

I started doing strength training and this has been amazing so far with the calorie tracking and hr monitor. It helps to have the turn by turn navigation when using Apple maps, the message reading and other perks other watches have. Definitely a good purchase

I initially got it so that I could check my messages/who’s calling while at work because my grandmother was sick and I didn't want to constantly check my phone while on the clock, but then I started using the activity rings and have really been motivated to be healthier!

Apple Watch 4 is perfect for the adult of all ages

The kids thought I needed this watch to track my progress and ECG occasionally. I did not feel well during a walk. Checked the ECG I was in AFib at 151 bpm and needed immediate attention. The watch was a life saver. While I am getting used the the other features that one alone was worth it.
