Love the many features, especially ECG function. The display is bright and easy to read. Initial setup was a breeze. User friendly operation. Comfortable to wear, barely notice I am wearing it. Nice to have the notifications (messages, alerts, reminders, notifications) without having to pull out my iphone. Battery last all day. Don't mind having to recharge at night. Probably could go two days, but I have not tried that yet. Very happy with my purchase.

First Apple watch model with a bigger screen size. Love the innovation of adding an ECG to the watch. Bright screen great battery life and added water resistance makes it a value for money pick. Surely a great upgrade over the Series 3!

I had a second generation Apple Watch and loved it. I gave it to my son to replace his which had gotten broken. I didn't realize how much I would miss it until I gave it to him. I bought this as a replacement and love it. The face is only a little larger than the 42mm it replaced but you can tell a difference. I chose this over the GPS + cellular model because I always have my phone with me and there was no need to add a line to my already huge cell account.

I had 3 models of Fitbit watches this watch makes them look like toys.Having all the best features of an iPad but on a smaller screen. The heart monitors and being able to do an EKG at will is outstanding. I have 8000 songs in my library and stores them all with space for all my favorite apps. The access to varied watch faces gives you looks that fit your taste and data access needs. The only drawback is the 18 hour battery. I wish it gave 3 days of power.

My wife loves her watch. She likes it’s design and color. It’s lightweight and super easy to use.

I love the larger screen and this was a worthy upgrade from my series 2. It was a little pricey but I got $55 for my series 2 on trade so that helped. There is so much more information that can be displayed, up to 6 complications on some faces. The GPS seems better. I like you don’t need to hit a button to activate Siri.

Let’s start with the fact that is an apple product. In recent years Apple has taking a beating for some of the product/ decisions / direction they are taking the company however the latest apple watch is one of the best in the market if you own an apple phone. It works so well with you with the iPhone. I was one of the people that would say why do I need a smart watch when my phone is in my pocket. But once you have a smart watch you can go back to not having one.

Love the color and larger screen compared to the last generation. Easily lasts two full days with moderate use.

I've had the Apple Watch 1, 2, and now 4. Each upgrade since the first one was incremental; while increase functionality each iteration was decent, the watch felt the same. Apple watch 4 is different; you see and feel the improvements of the bigger size, the vibrant screen, the new interface, the speed of the processor, etc. This upgrade was the best yet, and very much worth it.

Coming from an Apple Watch series 1, this is a great change !!! Love the extra screen on the watch and how fast is.

This is the third Apple Watch I have owned. The very first was painfully slow and only good for receiving notifications. The Series 2 was okay for Apple Made apps...but third party not useful. This Series 4 is always fast enough for my needs...it never lags and is finally the product that you could recommend to everyone...and not just the tech heads. If you have the Series 0, 1 or 2...et this watch. If you have the 3...I would probably wait another year.

I’m coming from an original Apple Watch to this to that end this upgrade is amazing and this watch has so many things that the original did not. But to say the current pricing is excessive would be an understatement. Worth it if you have the money to kill and would make a great gift.

This is my third Apple Watch. I wasn’t planning to update from my gen 3 because it is a great watch. Then I got a look at the display on the gen 4 and decided I had to make the move. The larger screen and more diverse faces with more complications are fantastic. The ECG works great and is a wonderful feature for those that may be concerned about their heart health. For me it was well worth the upgrade (I gave my gen 3 to my daughter). Highly recommended!

My sister and I bought this for our 70+ year-old father and he surprisingly loves it until he found out how much it cost! It does almost everything and he has picked it up pretty well and shows it off to all his friends and doctor. But seriously, before smart watches, very few people spent more than $100 or $200 on a watch and now we are spending $500 on watches without batting too many eyelashes. What has happened to us? It is so nice though.

I upgraded from a Gen 1 Apple Watch to this one and part of my excitement and great review are due, in part, to the fact that this watch works with my new phone/iOS, where my old watch no longer did. Overall, this watch is great with the ECG capability built in, the new watch faces, and the battery lasts much longer than in my old watch. Also loved that my milanese loop band still works in my new watch and I didn't have to buy another one.

This is what a smart watch is supposed to be. Very good and convenient for active people but pretty redundant for anyone who can conveniently pull out their iPhone to use. The steep price makes you question it’s worth sometimes. GPS only should be $250-$300

Excellent watch, my wife has been using it for a while now. Easy to use and not much of hassle. The battery stays for around 1.5 to 2 days at a stretch. Would have been nice if apple would have provided more changeable bands and also different type of skins. I had to order from amazon the additional bands. Most functions work well and there are no other such problems faced.

I replaced a series 2 with this. Huge upgrade! The larger screen size is perfect and it’s much faster.

Am selling my Watch 2. This one is super. Larger, many new features, just a joy to have and use.
