I really like it, but it is complicated. One problem it often for some reason enlarges the screen so large you can't manipulate it. I will bring this back as faulty. It s annoying to have to take it off shut t down and restart it...

I told by the sales person that the battery would last for about a week with normal use. It really only lasts about two and a half days with very little use. A long way from a week.

It was good for a few first months then dropped in me once cause the original straps it comes with aren’t useful. Recommend buying new straps when you buy new watch.

It’s not even accurate. It didn’t really count my steps, when I was going up and down and what not. It was a disappointment Just good to tell time and calls

I had the watch for less than 30 days and everything worked great. After swimming yesterday with the watch going no deeper than 3 feet of water, the crown dial became unresponsive. Shortly after that the touch screen stopped responding properly. I took the watch off and let it sit in my bag hoping it was only temporary. After 30 min it went from a 70% charge to showing dead. I put it on the charger when I got home and it showed it was charging. 1 hour later it would not light up at all so I called Apple for support. After trying a hard reset, disconnecting and reconnecting the charger, it light up like it was charging again. After about 2 or 3 min on the charger it displayed the overheat icon and was too hot to touch. Apple told me to take it in for service which was the local Best Buy. I took it into Best Buy and the geek squad rep couldn’t do anything for me because it wouldn’t turn on. He also seemed overwhelmed and frustrated when another Best Buy employee asked him a question. Long story short, he told me I had to call Apple again for direction on what to do next. I called Apple and after reviewing the notes from the device, they are sending me a box to mail it in for repair which MIGHT be covered by warranty. We will see how well the warranty covers the product. On a side note, I do have a series 3 watch that has been in and out of the water without any issues. If you do decide to purchase, get the Apple care to save yourself the run around and repair headache.

This is not worth $400+, it lacks watch music play within and no better than my 4 android wear watches at 2/3 of the price. Pass.

This was my second Apple Watch and it seems buggy. The touch screen will not work if i use a cover and notifications are hit or miss.

Love the watch but the battery life and time to charge don’t work for me. I wear a watch 24x7.

I don’t use this as much as I thought I would. Its features aren’t amazing and the apps available aren’t as useful.

I had the watch less than 3 full days when it stopped working. I cannot troubleshoot the problem. So glad I bought the warranty protection. This time I hope it pays off. I would expect a little more from a $500 watch.

I have used apple watches for while now, this series 4 is the best amongst the lott. But , It discharges very very quick.

Watch is nice, but battery life is ok. Also had issue with mine of constant reboot. Took to apple to fix it.

The money I paid for I am not totally satisfied with this product .

Counts steps while driving. Not so smart. Expected more from a watch that’s supposed to be smart for $429.99 + tax. I don’t understand how come apple hasn’t figured it out for watch to know that you’re not walking if you’re driving down the highway at 70 MPH. It’s just stupid and waste of money.

Not impressed with the watch I could just buy Apple Watch 3 doesn’t much difference

My watch came and it was in great condition I just didn’t get my bands. It’s just very frustrating

The new face feature is nice. Doesn’t seem that I receive all my alerts like I did on the older watch.

Planned obsolescence as new developments come out for the Apple Watch like they did with the iPhones

Apple has issues with this particular watch. The battery blew up

Like the Apple phones , the watches are adding features that need upgrades for each development.
