This was bought fraudulently with my card and the money is STILL not refunded! It even was approved, putting card over limit! I would give a 0 rating, but that's not a choice!

It never would pair up with my phone. Tried calling Apple support but it still wouldn’t work. Apple support recommended I return it back to the store.

Bought as gift for my son, but when watch was charged & turned on it had a white vertical streak from top to bottom on the screen. I returned, but did not replace it.

Looks nice but something wrong with the crown. Zooms in and out on everything and can select nothing. Spent 3+ hours chatting with apple support and finally they will replace it.

this watch is poor quality. The battery does after 3 hrs. It freezes on me. I just don’t like it.

This watch is super easy to use and has all the bells and whistles that you would need on a day to day basis.

This is probably the biggest improvement I have seen in a wearable in some time and Apple has managed to make a nice watch amazing. I own it love the screen. It’s more responsive, easy to read with the bigger screen, noticeably thinner (not a lot thinner, but it is nice), and the new features are great. It’s certainly louder and the faces are fantastic. The old bands fit and be used, which is good. I’m able to use my extra travel magnetic chargers. The new walkie-talkie feature is cool and I do use it with my brother and son. I had the series 3 and believe the series 4 is a worthwhile upgrade.

This is my second Apple Watch. I started with the Series 3 and thoroughly enjoyed it. However, the difference in screen size of the Series 4 is more than enough reason the upgrade on its own. In addition, it’s faster, and adds more health/fitness specific features.

Awesome watch to have in my apple ecosystem. 5 years and still going.

I had the original Sport Watch and love the new bigger size of the series 4 screen and the improved processing speed of navigating the apps alone was well worth the upgrade. Best Buy also gave me a decent gift card for trading in the old watch with a 10% kicker for being a rewardzone member. I would recommend an upgrade for any apple watch user.

Great watch, has walkie-talkie feature you can use with other Apple Watch users. Pretty solid too, has minimal blemishes and I’ve used it for years now.
