Breaks easily

Fumbled the band (which is unusual to fasten). Screen cracked. Apple was very pleasant on the phone, sent up an appointment with Best Buy. Poor guy had to inform me it would cost $300! Apple rep didn't have the guts to warn me. VERY DELICATE. If you buy get Applecare & a shock case. Painful experience...will tell everyone who asks what I think of the product & Apple customer support.

Birthday Blowout

I looked at many different videos and support websites but nothing helped. I have been trying for an hour to turn it on and nothing.
