I opened this up and it had a scratch on the screen. I thought it was just a protective cover but it’s not it’s the screen.

I had the watch for less than 30 days and everything worked great. After swimming yesterday with the watch going no deeper than 3 feet of water, the crown dial became unresponsive. Shortly after that the touch screen stopped responding properly. I took the watch off and let it sit in my bag hoping it was only temporary. After 30 min it went from a 70% charge to showing dead. I put it on the charger when I got home and it showed it was charging. 1 hour later it would not light up at all so I called Apple for support. After trying a hard reset, disconnecting and reconnecting the charger, it light up like it was charging again. After about 2 or 3 min on the charger it displayed the overheat icon and was too hot to touch. Apple told me to take it in for service which was the local Best Buy. I took it into Best Buy and the geek squad rep couldn’t do anything for me because it wouldn’t turn on. He also seemed overwhelmed and frustrated when another Best Buy employee asked him a question. Long story short, he told me I had to call Apple again for direction on what to do next. I called Apple and after reviewing the notes from the device, they are sending me a box to mail it in for repair which MIGHT be covered by warranty. We will see how well the warranty covers the product. On a side note, I do have a series 3 watch that has been in and out of the water without any issues. If you do decide to purchase, get the Apple care to save yourself the run around and repair headache.

I had the watch less than 3 full days when it stopped working. I cannot troubleshoot the problem. So glad I bought the warranty protection. This time I hope it pays off. I would expect a little more from a $500 watch.

Counts steps while driving. Not so smart. Expected more from a watch that’s supposed to be smart for $429.99 + tax. I don’t understand how come apple hasn’t figured it out for watch to know that you’re not walking if you’re driving down the highway at 70 MPH. It’s just stupid and waste of money.

This is the second watch I've owned in the last few year. I owned a version 2 and that battery died within 3 month, and the watch 4 is no better. 6 months later and it is dead. This is not good for apple. I will use my ACP and get another one but I should not have to.

THIS WATCH WAS FRAGILE AS ___\ FOURTEEN DAYS IS ALL IT LASTED. I’VE LASTED LONGER THAN THAT The associate discouraged me from buying the apple care warranty saying “it was only about $40 to fix the screen” well it fell from about 2ft off a table and not only did the screen crack, the entire thing came apart into pieces. Without apple care, to fix it.. $289

First problem is that it took me three weeks to pair to my iPhone. It screwed my old Iphone up so bad I had to go out of town to find a AT&T outlet for help and ended up spending an additional 700 dollars for an updated phone, I still do not know how to use my watch! I purchased the 425 dollar watch hoping to record health information to give to my doctors. I was assured by the salesperson this was the correct product for my needs. What a disappointment. I am now 1000 dollars in the hole and worse off than when I started.

I purchased this watch on line and it was ready for pick-up the next day in my local Bestbuy in Hartsdale, Ny. I purchased a new series 4 watch. Upon opening the watch a few days later on my birthday there were signs that this watch was a fake. The charger was missing, the fake material band was ripped out of the watch and the watch had no heart rate sensor, was thicker, the crown was incorrect and there was no serial number on the watch.

This purchase was made solely to help me keep track and record health information? I spent several hours in the store trying to get answers and support until I FINALLY MADE THE PURCHASE. THAT WAS SEVERAL YEARS AGO. WHAT A WASTE OF HARD EARNED MONEY AND EXPECTATIONS! To this very day this watch sets on my shelf TOTALLY USELESS TO ME!

Had this watch for a little over a year. The apple insignia shows up and starts killing the battery. Rest the watch and it will last for 3 days before you have to do it again. Contacted Apple support which was very painful. They told to ship it back and pay $329 to repair it. Why would you ever do this. Goodbye Apple Watch

The features they tout are useless. The heartrate monitor and software are jokes and the sleep software is less functional than my wife’s $32 wristband. It’s not really a handsfree device as I had to touch it frequently when access features. I took it back, thank you Best Buy. I’ll just use my iPhone without the watch. I might as well be disappointed in on product at a time.

Be very careful when you buy your Apple Watch from Best Buy. This is the second watch I have brought from Best Buy and I am experiencing a battery issue. The first was a Series 2 and similar issues. I bought my series 1 directly from the Apple store and no issues up to this day.

I bought the Apple Watch thinking that it would be a great buy . Wrong my watch was defected but Siri wouldnot stop!!It was annoying. Return they packed up and will sales to the next person I bought my small the 40 mm instead off the 44 hope that this works fine . I will keep you posted .

This watch is advertised as “Aluminum gold.” It is clearly rose gold. I figured I could switch out the watch band for a more masculine color but the casing still looks pink. Be wary of this if you do not want a pink watch.

The band on the watch is garbage was walking and it just fell off fall was not even a foot shattered the screen even with protective glass and Best Buy wouldn’t do anything about it and I bought it the night before

Barely used it day one and it was dead in 13 hours on a full overnight charge. I was hesitant to buy because of the battery issues I reviewed. Wish I would have listened. Will be returning tomorrow.

This was bought fraudulently with my card and the money is STILL not refunded! It even was approved, putting card over limit! I would give a 0 rating, but that's not a choice!

It never would pair up with my phone. Tried calling Apple support but it still wouldn’t work. Apple support recommended I return it back to the store.

Bought as gift for my son, but when watch was charged & turned on it had a white vertical streak from top to bottom on the screen. I returned, but did not replace it.

Looks nice but something wrong with the crown. Zooms in and out on everything and can select nothing. Spent 3+ hours chatting with apple support and finally they will replace it.
