With the screen protector I cracked the glass in two spot within two day of owning the watch. Watch was under my sleeve of my sweatshirt and never felt like I banged it at all. Yet it’s cracked.

First off like many people I get sucked into Apple's products pretty easily. I have always enjoyed their products and always have felt like I get the value of what I pay for their products. (Except the Apple Pencil, that thing was the worst $100 I have ever spent on any product I have ever purchased). Anyway when the Series 1 Apple watch came out, I liked the concept but just couldn't get over the terrible 18 hour battery life between charges. To me that was unacceptable for a smartwatch so I instead went with the Garmin Fenix 3HR which gave me almost 7 days consistently which included 3-4 1.5-2.5 hour bike rides recordings. It was and still is an amazing watch. However, it wasn't as refined, I couldn't respond to text messages, and Garmin tends to come out with new devices and leave their old ones behind unsupported. That's why this year when the Series 4 came out I decided to give it a go. Positives: - It (as it should) integrates and syncs with my iPhone very well - It's responsive and doesn't feel "laggy" - The screen is bright and pretty - It tells time Neutrals: - Personally I get 2 full days between charges which is borderline acceptable IMO For the negatives: #1 The screen is as soft as butter. I have had this less than 3 months and never wear it biking or when i am doing anything where I think I might potentially scratch the screen and yet the face looks like I've owned for 10 years. (My garmin still is perfect btw) #2 With the exception of the occasional thumbs up text response or the even less occasional use of the walkie talkie function, I don't find myself using this more than telling time, checking steps, and clearing notifications. All of which can be done on a much less expensive of a device. All in all, I am pretty disappointed with the features as I thought they would be more useful and even more disappointed with the build quality for the price they are commanding. Subtracting .5 stars for the features and 2.5 stars for the terrible quality of the glass.

I absolutely loved this watch and wore it daily for several months before the battery randomly gave out and wouldn’t charge. I would put it on the charger and it would give the “needing to charge indicator” but then quit charging and get really hot. I know many people who have the series 3 or older models who have never had this problem. If I am able to get this fixed without having to spend a bunch of money on something that cost me nearly $500 to not even last a year than I will without hesitation change my rating to a 5 star because I do love this watch. But as it remains broken and useless so will my rating. Will be contacting Best Buy soon to try and get it repaired

Have had to go back to the Geek Squad a few times for issues. If I had to do it all over again, I would purchase a Series 3 for less money.

This is not worth $400+, it lacks watch music play within and no better than my 4 android wear watches at 2/3 of the price. Pass.

I have had this watch (purchased July 2019) and the battery at this time is only keeping the watch charged for 8 hours. I paid over $500 for the watch. Totally disappointing.

Battery wears down to fast. Have trouble with open other apps and putting in code. Watch has to be on for a while and real tight to do ekg. Would never of purchased if I knew of these issues.

I had a series 0 and series 3 Stainless steel. This feels like a much lower quality watch. If you can afford the SS I suggest getting it instead. This is the last time I’ll buy the aluminum.

Watch was a gift and husband doesn’t like it at all! Hated the band so we bought another but that is sooo big. A waste

To be honest, it doesn’t really helpfull. Basically, iPhone has everything

I am not a big fan of teh Apple Watches but my son got it and he loves it

I purchased this item on Labor day for my birthday, and when I got home to set it up it would not turn on no matter how long I held the power button down. I looked at many different videos and support websites but nothing helped. I have been trying for an hour to turn it on and nothing.
