This is a my new apple watch, and upgrade from my previous 2nd generation watch. The improvement are wonderful - faster watch, better screen, bigger screen (WOW!), an overall much improved watch system. I especially like that even with the bigger screen, it still fits the old watch bands so I don't have to buy new ones (although I will!). I am disappointed they didn't keep the same colors. I liked the gold color a lot, but they got rid of it in the aluminum model. With the rose gold, combined with the right band, it doesn't look so "pink", but there is a definite copper hue to it (I tell people it is a bronze or copper color).

Frankly, I rationalized my purchase of this watch. My wife has a Fit Bit and likes it and I thought maybe I should get something similar. At first blush, I thought the Apple watch was too expensive. But I tried it on and thought about it for a while. It was very comfortable, and there were some health (heart) benefits available, so I bought it. The more I use it the happier I am that I did. For example, I was cross country skiing. I went down a fairly steep hill, then went up another and stopped and rested. My watch asked if I'd fallen, but I told it I was ok. It keeps track of my sleep patterns, logs my skiing and hiking times, paths taken, heartbeats, elevation climbed etc. etc. It really has turned out to be useful. Plus, and this seems a little weird, I can talk into my watch if someone calls my phone and they are connected. It is pretty handy that way.

This Apple Watch Series 4 is great. The battery life far exceeds that of my first Apple Watch. I have not tried out the water resistant feature in a pool or the shower, but I have worn it while outside in heavy rain. In those instances, the watch displays a command to “drain” the watch of moisture by depressing the control knob.

I was a devoted Fitbit Ionic user and then got a free Apple Watch Series 3. I loved that watch until I lost it. I decided to replace it with the Series 4 and overall if it wasn't for the fact that insurance covered most of the replacement cost, I would not have spent the extra money for the Series 4. I will say the additional screen size is great, but there is nothing else compelling about this watch. As a matter of fact, I think I got slightly better battery life from my Series 3. EKG is not a feature worth paying more money for. Bottom line, the Apple Watch in general is the best smart watch you can buy. If you are looking for a more fitness oriented watch and care about sleep tracking and battery life, stick with Fitbit.

Couldn’t ask for better when it comes to the Apple Watch Series 4. Great screen, really fast, and makes receiving notifications so much better. Wasn’t a fan personally of the Seashell Sport Band just because I don’t think it will last with sweating and every day use, but there are a ton of cheap options on amazon to replace it and use it as a backup.

I had a Garmin HR, a Fitbit HR. Both died within 2 years. I really like to track my steps so finally bit the bullet and bought the Apple watch. So far I really like it. It is a little more complicated than either the Garmin or Fitbit, but it is also more stylish and more functional. Did not really care for the sport band it came with so bought a leather band.

I've had this watch for a few weeks now and I'm pleased. I upgraded from the original Apple watch, so this is a big upgrade for me and totally worth it. I'm pleased with the battery life so far, and have come close to running out. The only thing I didn't like was the strap that came with it. But I replaced it soon after with a cheap after market one that I like.

The only thing two cons this watch has is the lack of apps and it really needs a camera. Those are the cons. On to the pros. Let’s start with the setup. It was simple and easy. Granted most of the setup takes place on the iPhone. It does take a few minute depth on how many compatible apps you already have on the iPhone. The touch screen is very responsive. Even has the new haptic touch for live pictures. The battery life. This depends on how many complications ( I don’t know why they called it that) you have on the home screen. I had 9 on my home screen. This drained my battery. Well what I call drain my battery. 65% by the end of the day. The screen is very tough. I bumped this thing against a few walls corners and no scratches!!! Hit the Digital Crown kinda hard one to many times and it still works like new. This thing is tough. I also took a few showers with it and just like Apple advertised, it’s water resistant. Making phone calls and receiving calls is some much easier thanks to this watch. Gone are the days of having to reach in your back pocket or purse to see who is calling. Just look on you’re wrist and you can pick up or decline the call. You barley use the phone when you get notifications because you see them on the watch. All in all I highly recommended this watch to anyone with a iPhone. Both series 3 and 4 are worth the purchase. More the 4 because of the bigger screen. Oh almost forgot. Changing bands is addictive. I bought a set of color assorted bands and change them every two or weeks.

I love the new Series 4 44mm Apple Watch! The screen is significantly bigger than the previous models which is one of the reasons I decided to get the Series 4 versus the Series 3. It’s not heavy on my wrist at all and is very comfortable! I also love the different apps you can download on it such as running and sleep apps! Definitely recommend!

I wasn't sure how much I would use and like the watch given that I've always used the clock on my phone to keep time. But I have only taken it off to charge it since I purchased it. I love it! I did buy a different band because this loop one felt hot when I was working outside. But the watch itself is wonderful and easy to use.

So I’ve had the series 1 &2. Liked them a lot but they were very slow. This series 4 is incredible! Super fast. Has great user interface that has definitely been updated and they’ve listened to there customers! I love all the new features and it’s right on with tracking steps!! If you’re looking for an Apple Watch get the 4!!

Massive upgrade over my previous Series 0. Extremely fast

I went for years without wearing a watch and made fun of people who wore them. Then I got this so I could better check messages at work without pulling out my phone in meetings. I love it! Wear it all the time. Battery lasts over two days. Bought one for my daughter for her college graduation now too. Highly recommended!

I actually purchased 2 watches, one each for my Mom and Dad. It has been so helpful and I am fortunate that they have been able to figure how how it works. The watches have been great for detecting Afib for my mom and letting her know if her heart rate drops too low or it gets too high which is another indicator of Afib.

I expected the Apple Watch Series 4 to be awesome and it does not disappoint. The watch look and feel is incredible. The screen is awesome. Function is great. Only issue, which is small, is the sport band in my opinion is cheap. Didn't matter to me as I replaced it immediately. Get one! You won't be disappointed!

The build quality is amazing the screen size is great the functionality is amazing every aspect of this watch is awesome I recommend getting this to anybody doesn't matter if your beginner or Advanced user this watch is amazing you'll love it I guarantee it

So I got this watch as an open box at my local Best Buy. I didn’t check to see if all the items that come with the watch where in the box. I opened the package two days later and noticed that the changer and wall plug where missing. I guess it was on me for not having them open it at time of checkout since it was an open box purchase. I came back to the store few days later and told them what happened. And after taking with the Manager he got me a new charger and wall plug. So there customer service was great. What I’m trying to say is that if getting a open box item, check contents before checking out

Love my Apple Watch. It really is more valuable than I would have dreamed. I got it at first thinking it would be nice but probably not worth it, but the features keep adding up. The stand reminder alone is a very positive influence on me, someone who sits too much.

I bought this to replace my husbands first generation Apple watch. He has had it for over a year now and there have been no issues. The battery works well still. It works just as it should and it so nice to look at! Best Buy always seems to have Apple products on sale so that is a bonus!

Have been looking to purchase the Apple Watch Series 4 and when Best Buy put it on sale, I jumped on it. Their price was better than anywhere, even the Apple Store. This watch is fantastic. I especially like the size (44mm) that I purchased. Not too big on my wrist and very easy to see and navigate.
