So much better than a watch that is just a watch.

I did not think that I needed an Apple Watch until I used one. The multiple functions make regular watches seem boring and incomplete. The battery is more than adequate for an 18 hour day. A glance at your wrist will let you know who is calling on your iPhone, you can check the weather, stock market, calendar events, your heart rate, ECG and time of day.

Version 4 has the most important updates as 3 with being waterproof, multi-day battery life, etc. The stand apart update for 4 was the ECG ability but has yet to be activated by Apple for some reason so it is essentially still an Apple Watch 3.

The Apple Watch 4 is worth the purchase and if applicable, well with the upgrade. I upgraded from the Apple Watch Series 1 and this purchase was a big leap and well worth the upgrade. I plan to sell my Series 1 as it still works fine. I have the iPhone X and still love it a year later. However, the Apple Watch 4 has me the most excited. I’d be hard pressed to find anything wrong with this watch except the cost. It’s too expensive, but even then worth the cost. Most importantly, it solved my battery problem. I don’t mind charging my watch every night along with my other devices, but the older watch battery ran down before the night was over (if you worked out during that day). With the Apple Watch 4 battery life, I’m able to workout for 4 to 5 hours and still have more than 65% battery life. I have yet to see the battery run down below 20% after a 6 hour workout and many more hours of other activities. I wear my watch about 15 hours a day and the battery life is great! Of corse I have increased speed, larger screen and ease of use as well. But the battery life was the deal breaker for me.

I had a series 1 and loved it. so I debated buying a series 3 and save the extra money. Glad I went to the 4 bigger screen, 2 days of battery life in heavy use and much faster. Great purchase

As far as the watch goes it's a 5 star rating. I previously had a series 2 Apple Watch and this one is so much better. It has a larger screen but the body is the same size as my series 2. 2 millimeters really makes a difference in readability. I also like the additional watch face options that weren't available on my series 2. And best of all, it boots up in about 1/4th of the time as my old watch. I can go two days on a single charge. I turn it off at night when I go to bed and when I turn it on the morning it only takes about 20 seconds to boot up. My series 2 took a couple minutes. I took off two stars because of my disappointing shopping experience. I ordered the watch online with shipping to the store because that was the fastest option. Expected delivery was on a Friday. Friday afternoon I was out driving so I stopped by to see if it was in. I hadn't received the email saying it was but since I was in the area I figured I'd check. I was also going out of town the next morning and was hoping to have it for my trip. The watch wasn't in. On Sunday I still hadn't received an email but I saw on their website that they had 3 in stock at the store. I asked my wife to call and have them set one aside for me. The representative told her they couldn't do that but said that orders are filled before they release the product into general inventory so I would be fine. On Monday when I returned home I went into the store. Still no watch. I asked if they could just get one from the general inventory but apparently someone was in the process of buying the last one. Needless to say I wasn't happy. I had already paid for my purchase yet I was last in line; not to mention what I was told about previous orders being filled first was not true. The next day I received an email saying the watch was in. By that time my trade in offer for my series 2 watch had expired so I ended up selling the watch myself.

Like all of the other series, the design is about the same. Nothing special. It is a lot faster. I like the heart rate (EKG) option. Battery life is a lot better. Can go the whole day with plenty of battery remaining.

Great watch, excellent screen size. Got this for my girlfriend for her birthday, a huge upgrade over the series 1 I gave her earlier last year. Battery life is top-notch and the screen size helps make text very readable.

I bought this watch as an upgrade from the series 1 that I got in 2017. Everything about this series 4 is much better - battery, screen size, and I'm loving this sport loop band. Super breathable for the skin!

This series 4 is an upgrade from the original version that I passed on to my husband. I love how Apple maximized the screen size with this series. And the battery life is a major improvement from the original.

Great size, battery lasts about two days before telling you it needs a charge, workout tracking is great if you are into cardio. Weight lifting is not supported. No sleep tracking was a disappointment. Comfortable to wear all day. I got a screen protector as the screen doesn’t feel like it would hold up to a hit by accident or a scrape on a wall. The infinite amount of faces are fun. I love not having to wear an arm band with my phone on my runs, air pods work seamlessly. The ecg works but the amount of data it shows is meaningless, if I ever have a heart attack in 20 years I hope it can help my doctor!

I haven't worn a watch in years but got the Apple Watch 4 for health features. Very excited to see the ECG function in future release of WatchOS. The pairing with my iPhone 7 is great and use the watch to control music, make quick responses to messages, and even take the occasional phone call. Overall very pleased with the features and responsiveness of the device. It feels good and the battery lasts all day.

I bought this watch for the heart monitoring capability, which has met my expectations. But I have been unexpectedly pleased with all the other features as well. Tracking workouts is useful. The ability to receive and reply to texts and phone calls without getting out my phone is very convenient. Also, low blood sugar alerts for a family member with diabetes which come to my cell phone also show up on my watch, an important benefit. The battery lasts at least a couple of days.

I absolutely love the series 4 Apple Watch. It’s got a great battery life (I get about a day and a half before I HAVE to charge), even when I use it a lot (workouts, texting, phone, etc). It’s also more comfortable than any of the regular watches that I own. Never before have I been able to abandon my phone into the abyss that is my purse, but everything I need to be able to do when out running errands, working out, cleaning house, etc. I can access from my Apple Watch. Love this watch!

    Best iWatch - needed update

There is no comparison between the iWatch Series 4 and the original iWatch I had purchased a few years back from Best Buy. The new S4 version has a much better battery as the old one would not last through a day without recharging. Also the new options as ECG heart monitoring and other health applications are well worth the purchase. I recommend the new iWatch S4 to anyone.

Fast-acting smart watch with a rich chest of apps to mess around with, some useful, others benefiting health. And it looks good doing it. Sure, the watch only has two functioning controls and the battery life is only so-so, but its large touchscreen reacts near-instantly to touch and the battery lives long enough for the day’s errands

This Apple Watch Series 4 is great. The battery life far exceeds that of my first Apple Watch. I have not tried out the water resistant feature in a pool or the shower, but I have worn it while outside in heavy rain. In those instances, the watch displays a command to “drain” the watch of moisture by depressing the control knob.

I've had this watch for a few weeks now and I'm pleased. I upgraded from the original Apple watch, so this is a big upgrade for me and totally worth it. I'm pleased with the battery life so far, and have come close to running out. The only thing I didn't like was the strap that came with it. But I replaced it soon after with a cheap after market one that I like.

I went for years without wearing a watch and made fun of people who wore them. Then I got this so I could better check messages at work without pulling out my phone in meetings. I love it! Wear it all the time. Battery lasts over two days. Bought one for my daughter for her college graduation now too. Highly recommended!

I bought this to replace my husbands first generation Apple watch. He has had it for over a year now and there have been no issues. The battery works well still. It works just as it should and it so nice to look at! Best Buy always seems to have Apple products on sale so that is a bonus!
