It was a gift for my wife. Haven’t heard any complaints so I assume it is good. I have the series 3 and I love it.

Great, fast, stylish, easy to use it, love tracking my movement and ability to talk without phone presence.

I am happy with the apple watch but I have not had the time to set down and study all that can be done with it. I printed off the manual telling how to use it and plan to study this. It is so nice to have when I do not have a pocket to put my iphone in.

Love my watch. Makes it much easier to catch my calls and texts. Also so easy to track my steps and my work out.

This watch has helped me in a number of ways. I enjoy not carrying my phone everywhere or having to dig it out of my giant mom bag every time I get an important call. It’s helped me manage our schedule a bit better. And number of other things! I appreciate the activity app that tracks my exercise and calories and encourages me to stand for a few minutes every hour. Plus so many other great features! Overall I’m very pleased with this purchase.

I can’t even imagine NOT having this now. It’s amazing how easy it is to set up and use.

We replaced our series 2 watches with the series 4 model. We live them especially the cellular capability.

Best investment made. Works well, easy to learn. Bought mainly for medical alert capabilities. A few small issues need to be resolved, example is when clapping at a concert the icon for " did you fall and do you need 911" appears!! Band comfortable and easy to put on. Charges in about an hour. Like having cellular service and not having to carry phone. Feel like agent "007!"

I bought a Samsung watch, always had Samsung stuff and it cracked and stopped working just after the warranty date. Why pay to fix a watch when it costs the same to buy one? In steps this little guy. My wife has heart issues and she is a nurse, so we got her one of these because of my issues with Samsung. I also got the EKG wrost band for her. Both work excellent. If you want a watch, this is the way to go

The latest Apple Watch is a great update to the first gen that my wife had. She loves the design and features.

Used for couple days then returned, realizing a replica of my iPhone. Too expensive as a repeater.

I will start by saying that my Best Buy customer service experience with my watch has been great. I purchased an open-box model looking to save money. The first day wearing my watch I noticed some small glitches with the screen. AppleCare requested that I update the watch, but my watch app wouldn’t start the update process. After contacting AppleCare, having Geek Squad try to update, then taking it to an Apple store it was obvious that something wasn’t functioning with the watch. It was shipped to Apple to have everything wiped clean and reloaded. Since I received my watch again, all has been well. I just hope that I don’t run into this issue again with the next update!

Just what I wanted! I wear it all the time and it's great not having to look at my phone all the time.

My wife was diagnosed with a disease recently that affects her heart rate and blood circulation, which often causes her to pass out. With the constant heart monitoring her passing out episodes have been less due to her being able to see the signs and be alerted from her watch. Also if she does pass out I will be alerted due to the fall detection. We are both very happy with the iWatch and its usefulness with her medical issues.

Easy to use. I like to be able to stay in touch on a walk or at the ggym without taking my phone.
