    This is not a good activity tracker. For work we need at least 20 minutes of activity per day to receive a reduction in our health insurance. If you don't start the activity on apple watch - it doesn't record it as activity. I now have to wear the apple watch and my fitbit tracker. If I knew this I would not have spent the money on this item.
