The watch works great within feels away from my phone. Unable to used the watch without the phone. No customer service rep. can fix this problem. I had this watch for 8 months now and pay a lot for this watch to not have it working properly from day one. SMH BEST BUY. MUST DO BETTER...

Purchasing Apple Watch for Christmas.

Took 2 hours and didn’t get it put through, even with help talking to somebody. Gave up. I tried later and put an order for later that day, with help again. Got it quick, but it didn’t work. Still waiting. I’m not able to drive, not shopping and did get all my other gifts. This was by far the more difficult, I just wanted to get this for my husband.

Not worth it

I bumped (literally a small bump) into a table at work and it broke the top part of glass. Had screen protector on it but still if it can’t handle that. Also battery life sucked. Dropped Bluetooth connection (I had the cellular one) and dumb random stuff. Not worth the price.
