Very disappointed

Doesn’t respond to touch a lot of times. Doest respond to voice well. The gold looks just like rose gold from previous models. It’s definifelt not gold at all! Had Apple Watch series 2 and now this one. May not use Apple watches again after this.

I like the watch, question the durability
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I upgraded to Series 4 from the Series 2. I had the previous model for over 2 years and it was great. The Series 4 is a great upgrade in terms of features. I like the bigger screen and some of the added functionality and speed. Sadly mine didn't hold up, the screen was badly cracked when I hit a railing with my wrist while wearing the watch, something I undoubtedly did many times with my Series 2 with no issue, maybe bad luck but now I have to pay $350 to get it repaired.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At first it is a great deal & Best Buy has offered such a good deal Also to add I have the worst shopping experience with buy with one of my order where I placed order for another open box smart watch for my wife as a gift on her marriage anniversary, it got confirmed & we are happy that we have got Apple Watches for our marriage anniversary, but later day I got a mail mentioning that my wife’s order got canceled & when I called to customer support they mentioned that due to non availability it got canceled I am bit surprised with the answer & I am not sure how a confirmed order can be canceled Here, I am trying to provide a feedback, there should be some mechanism or some efforts should be made to ensure to customers, if we placed an order & confirmed that needs to be delivered or else we feel so disappointed & Afraid to shop on Best Buy
