Cons: no airplay option (you cant send music to an airplay device), no camera, no FaceTime (audio only), nest video doesn’t work, no google photos app, Siri can’t search web for answers, no sleep tracking, battery short Pros: good for heath, nice to be able to get text and make calls away from phone,

Help with set from employees was great credit card not so much

I have worn various fit bits for years never had an issue. Every time I wear this it lowers my heart rate 10-20 bpm and makes me feel like I’m going to pass out. I have no heart issues, have had an actual ekg done on me and everything. My heart is very healthy. Customer service says it’s not the watch and to have more tests done at the doctor or buy a different watch. Absolutely horrible. I now have a very expensive paperweight. It’s the electrical sensor in this that causes the issue for me, so beware it may cause it for you too and Apple does not care.

Picked up the watch after ordering it and being told it was not available until January. When the watch was opened today for Christmas there was no band included.

Came locked. Since I didn't know the last owners apple ID (and how would I?) it was unusable. Geek Squad was nice but ultimately I had not choice but to return it. I don't understand how Best Buy could sell an item in this condition.

No reason, didn’t do anything different, it just quit working. I expect better from Apple.

I had a series 3 before the 4. If you’re deciding between the series 3 or 4.. definitely go with a series 3! Series 4 is nothing but issues

It is useless and overpricing. The battery can’t even last my entire ten hours shift. I charged it the previous night

I have to charge it every day by 2 pm. Makes it hard to use. Wouldn’t recommend the 4. Had a 2 and it would last 2 days.

The Samsung product does alot more than what this apple watch can produce and is more active in activity than apple. I would like to go back to android product if possible... iam very disappointed as well as my kids... they are Doctors and fitness instructors.. not happy 2028086367...

but needs to be exchanged for a larger one. I bought it too small

Can’t get Siri to work, out of 10 tries, I’ll get maybe 4-5. To use it cellular, is not that big of deal. Going to return it and save my $$$.

Overly priced, couldn’t be to far away from of it didn’t work

My watch arrived quickly, but unfortunately the watch is DOA (dead on arrival). I will be returning the watch to a local Bestbuy. The watch screen keeps flickering.

Had problems with the watch in less than a month. Timmer stopped working. Siri packed her bags and left. I'm sure the Apple techs will get it working correctly. But with the $500 price tag I was surprised when it went haywire.

Face broke within the first month of purchase! Very disappointed. Bought it for my husband as a Christmas gift...and he was too embarrassed to tell me! How much will it cost to replace it?

Issues straight out of the box! The number assigned to it was for an iPad. ATT, BestBuy, nor Apple could fix the issue. We even had to pay the restocking fee!

I have to take it to geek squad for repairs. Also, can’t get a extended warranty
