Seems to me the Series 5 is not worth the extra cost for limited improvements.

Love ability to access Suri. Much lighter and more feminine than my Samsung frontier 3 watch.

At first it is a great deal & Best Buy has offered such a good deal Also to add I have the worst shopping experience with buy with one of my order where I placed order for another open box smart watch for my wife as a gift on her marriage anniversary, it got confirmed & we are happy that we have got Apple Watches for our marriage anniversary, but later day I got a mail mentioning that my wife’s order got canceled & when I called to customer support they mentioned that due to non availability it got canceled I am bit surprised with the answer & I am not sure how a confirmed order can be canceled Here, I am trying to provide a feedback, there should be some mechanism or some efforts should be made to ensure to customers, if we placed an order & confirmed that needs to be delivered or else we feel so disappointed & Afraid to shop on Best Buy

This is my fourth Apple Watch purchase and this watch is the best by far.

Didn't go see them in store before I ordered, the aluminum case is dull and does not match the iPhone. Had to return and order the SS version to get shiny. I like shiny

It’s Ok, but probably would not buy again. IPhone does a better job with text and email, plus sound.

The website says the watch is gold. It is rose gold, the description does not say rose gold it just says gold. I’m so unhappy with the watch I’m going to return it. I do not like rose gold.

Battery was gone very quickly. I have to recharge every night.

my wife didnt like having to hook to wifi being out in the countty using band with costs . she returned it to store to trade in on a 1000 laptop to be charged 45 dollars on return i am a elite geek squad member . why ?

Just received my new watch yesterday and the screen and resolution are absolutely amazing. I had the series 3 and was skeptical that there would be a big difference, but the screen size helps so much with being able to see texts and notifications. It feels lighter and I love the thinner screen. Also, if you start to run it will automatically open the workout app and ask if you would like to start a run workout. So far it was a great upgrade.

Coming from a series 2, this watch is a big upgrade. The size makes it much easier to see and navigate, and the processor is much faster. I also appreciate the new health features.

I preface this by saying that this is a great watch and much improved over the series three. I only gave it 3 stars to make people aware of this one issue regarding the heart functions. The watch itself is truly a 5 star product. Everything about this watch is great except if you're expecting to read your EKG or check for Afib, you're out of luck. After receiving the watch and calling Apple they informed me that this feature would not be available until possibly the end of the year, but could not assure me that would be the case. If this feature is not of importance to you, then this is a fantastic watch. If it is important to you maybe you should consider waiting until this capability is actually available. I've been waiting over a year for the charger they said was coming for the Iphone X last year. I think Apple is getting a bit ahead of themselves announcing and releasing products with features that are not available. Overall it's a great well built product.
