Had Apple Watch 2 prior to this one but it was just time for an upgrade. Don’t recommend going with a white band as it get dirty easily but love all the new features

Upgraded from a series 3. Really enjoy the upgrades and so glad the bands are compatible between the series. Originally wanted the rose gold but it was not available at Bestbuy at the time so I went with the space gray. Glad I did, since it is more compatible with the different bands.

My wife loves the watch. The only stain I had during the buying process was when I spoke to a Best Buy rep he said my local stores (Stockton or Tracy) didn’t have it but Pleasanton-30 min away had it. If I ordered it online through the link he sent, it’ll come tomorrow which would of been a Friday. I ordered it within the 2hr time frame and everything was fine. The next morning, I get a message from the carrier saying there running late and it’ll come Saturday. Wasn’t too happy with that. I wouldn’t recommend buying online. Not Best Buy’s fault it reflects on you as you partner with that carrier.

I got this watch when I got my new I-phone. I also have a FitBit. The apple watch has many more functions, but it's not as accurate on the fitness activities as the FitBit is. Also, I have to charge it every night instead of once a week like the other. I purchased this in October & found answer my wrist was much easier than pulling out my phone, but since then the phone function has messed up - I can answer but I can't hear what anyone's saying even though the volume is turned all the way up.

So far, I am really enjoying my new Apple watch that my husband surprised me with for Christmas. Nearly every day I am learning new ways to use it. I love being able to answer calls and dictate text messages. Now that the hectic holidays are over, I am going to continue to explore all that this watch can do.

The watch is great better than I expected it to be, but one feature are the three activity rings that measure calories lost, exercise time and time standing. These three rings are inaccurate if i put my watch on for 4 hours some how it would say i was standing at least one minute within six hours given that one i was wearing the watch for only 4 hours and before that it was charging. The exercise meter is also off i without turning on the exercise app i workout for like 4 hours and it may say that i was working out for like 10min. Idk about the calorie meter. Apart from this its a really good watch

Bought as a gift for my daughter. She seems to really like it as shes always telling me about this feature or that feature. I cannot speak to said features as they went in one ear and directly out of the other but she's always really excited when she's spouting on about it so I'm giving this product 5 stars.

This is the best purchase I think I have ever made. Despite everyone saying that they bought it and hadn't used it afterwards, I don't believe that. I have been using it for six months every day. I love tracking my steps and calories. Make the investment if you're thinking about it.

As I write this, this is the previous generation of the Apple Watch. My wife has the smaller one and I have the larger one. We are both very happy with the watches. They are a significant improvement in both reliability and features over versions 2 and 3, which we previously owned.

I ordered the apple watches and had it delivered the day they were available. Love keeping up with the latest technologies. I bought one with cellular capability in case I want to used it later. I can use it in GPS mode for phone calls just fine.

I always forget my phone in certain places. So this Apple Watch has been a great assInstant to me. I broke my series 3 back in January after hitting a door. The whole screen crack so did the LED. I am so happy that i purchase this as a birthday gift for myself. It also connect to my AirPods.

I had an Apple Watch 3 before this, the always on is great! Faster processor, longer battery life, more storage, you can’t go wrong. I’m a runner and this watch tracks all my biometrics, plays my music and gives my location in case of an emergency. On sale for $299, that’s a no brainer, get one.

Amazing watch! I love all the features especially the EKG, heart rate, etc. I love that it’s waterproof so you can swim and shower with it - just amazing. Also has that fast button to 911 for emergencies, etc. I couldn’t imagine not having it... pairs excellent with Apple AirPods

This watch has all the bells and whistles that are needed for today's tech heavy lifestyle. This is the second Apple watch that I have owned and this is so much better than the last. I take calls, make purchases, track workouts, operate my lights and even open my garage doors with this watch.

I LOVE my watch!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought initially for it’s safety functions. It will display if you fall and emergency help can be contacted. It monitors you activity and encourages you to move. It idoes more than I expected. Very glad I bought it!!

I broke my Apple Watch and went in to have if fixed or replaced. This Apple Watch is smaller size and a Series 5. My broken one was a Series 3. This watch was an open box purchase vs paying for a replacement of my old watch. Absolutely satisfied and pleased to purchase this Apple Watch.

I have had the Apple Watch Series 2 and recently upgraded to the Series 5. Absolutely love the improved screen quality, the expansion of complication options for a single screen. Also, the heart monitor is tremendous. Only downside is that the screen seemed to scratch MUCH more easily than the Series 2.

Stay on top of your health with this great watch... so many apps to add and easy to use it has been very reliable and the updates have been great ...it does take a long time to update but it’s worth the wait...bestbuy makes it easy to return if you have an elite account as well...

Still learning about it but initially the basics were very easy. Didn’t like the sport band (look and comfort) so purchased the mesh band which is working well.
