We bought the watch and within a week the watch started to lose the battery extremely quickly. The battery should last overnight, but it would turn itself off after 4 hours. And the Battery would state dead in the morning. went to Best Buy and no one would speak to us unless we had an appointment... ok, went home and made the next available appointment for a best buy across town. Drove 45 minutes there only to have walk-ups go before us. We were obviously on the time slot stated and they talked around us and did not assist. Finally, 45 minutes after our appointment time and everyone else around us was served with no appointment we were finally assisted. The guy looked at the watch it was obviously dead and he said "its dead how can I work with it?" That is obviously why we are here. Then he rolls his eyes and gets up and goes and gets a charger. charges the watch and says "it charges fine" yes it does, we stated it charges, and then 4 hours later it just dies. He then plays around with it, resets it, and then loads information on his computer. He finally tells us that he can't do anything, even though he can see that the battery is dying quickly because they need more of a pattern to do something? OK, you can see that the battery life has gone drastically down the past 48 hours but yet you need more proof? so we leave. And the watch is still doing the same thing 2 days later. We were left unassisted and uniformed. Geek Squad has fallen apart and they are hiring just anyone off the street. Buyer beware that they cannot assist do not pay for their extra policy as it is a waste of time and effort.

Bought this apple watch for my son's birthday and he loves it. He was excited over the color being blue.

You can clearly hear the person when you answer a phone call and they can hear you! Pretty accurate tracking of activities
