Confused

It was an open box, and my friend suggested I go that route. It worked well for the first couple of days and them it starting blacking out. Once it went dead and I had to get my son to restart it, even though it had charged all night. I need a product I can work myself and work for me especially when I paid about $400. Other wise, I loved it while it worked. Enjoyed getting the free watch face wall papers. Thought it might have had a problem that was suppose to be fixed and not quit fixed yet.
