    Brand new out of the box and it doesn’t work correctly. My wife (her Christmas gift) spent 4 hours on the phone with Best Buy, then Geek Squad, then Apple to try and fix the problem. We are currently waiting a week to see if it’s a software problem or not. Then Apple may send a replacement. Very frustrating to spend so much and not have it work and how long it took to get good help!!!
