This is my first smart watch. I’m still in the process of learning all the features. Wish I would have bought the cellular one as it would have been a better option for me. The GPS model is overpriced as it is limited for what you can do.

Nice watch, 10 months into owning it, not holding a full charge for the day. Would consider a Samsung next time….Warranty is not helpful with Apple… Beware

I am a huge Apple fan, but was a little disappointed that this watches battery only lasts a day. I thought it was because I had the screen on all the time, but I adjusted it and it still had the same issue. It lasts a day with one charge. Before this Apple Watch I have always had fit bits. I don’t like that it does not display your steps easily. You need to search for them. I never thought I would be disappointed with a Apple product.

The sound haptics are set to mirror my iPhone but yet when I receive a text it only vibrates it does not make any sound.

Bought as Christmas gift for girl friend, who was led to believe it could do blood pressure readings as she has issues with her BP. Learned later you needed separate pieces to do readings. She says it is difficult to learn to use

I never really used any type of watches but I decided to get this one and I really like it, you just can’t really do anything. Is really uncomfortable to text and I literally only use it to see the time.

You have to have your phone with you in order to use this Watch, the point of buying it was to not have to have my phone with me. Not worth it for the price of the watch

Great watch. Great price. Great functionality. Apple is a great brand. Would probably go with the samsung next time just for the fact it looks nicer and has a better layout in my opinion.

I liked the watch but when I went in the stores they didn’t carry a lot of accessories for the Apple Watch 5 40mm more based on 42mm and 44mm that’s why I’m only giving three stars but other than that great watch

It’s really frustrating. I did the bike for 10 minutes and than I stopped the workout on my watch. It calculated the 10 minutes but when I started another workout on the treadmill. It didn’t even calculate that I was on it for 30 minutes. I might just go back to my Fitbit cause at least it calculated all my workouts without any problems. The battery doesn’t last all day and the Fitbit lasts for about 3 days. The Apple Watch isn’t even worth it, especially for the price.

I am a runner and use gps a lot. When gps is used the battery only last a day even less then that. I am very disappointed with the life of the battery.

At the time of purchase this was a great watch. It had a promo for Apple Music but never got the email. Contacted customer support and I haven’t got a response so I gave up on that.

Matches Watch good. Screen protector was terrible. Case is plastic and comes off easy..it came off twice and I didn’t even realize it had come off.

Premium look and feel. Samsung has introduced always on Display 3 years ago and apple gave it now and says INNOVATION. Apple marketing is ridiculous. I bought this watch as a present for wife.

Overall this is a good product. I am fining navigating difficult and pairing to phone frustrating at times. Not clear instructions which should be part of the product.

This is great watch with good battery life. Some very good features but lacks 24hr heart rate like fitbit. Sleep tracking is not available as well which make the watch costly.

The device broke as soon as we took it out of the box. Batteries drain within an hour.

The Mickey Mouse watch face didn’t talk like it was suppose to. My mom has a series 4 and hers talks. Not sure why this one didn’t:/ but still awesome watch

This product didn’t hold up well. Not very happy with how dirty it gets and the quality isn’t that great.

This watch should be able to notify me of text messages, automatically open my work out and track walk info without my having to open an app each time.
