The watch is fine, just not as useful as I thought it would be. The quality and everything is nice, just make sure you're gonna get good use out of it.

It’s helpful, but it’s not actually something that I really need in my daily tasks, and I’m afraid that the fitness tracker is not that accurate.

Bought this to upgrade my wife's older apple watch. I personally hate apple products, however my wife likes this watch. I think it's pure garbage.

The Apple Watch is great but not even 5 months in and it stopped tracking steps. Guess I will have to get the new Apple Watch 6 soon

I bought this based off of the good reviews. Well, you get what you pay for. As soon as it arrived at my house, it was completely dead. Ok no big deal. Once charged, I quickly learned the screen didn’t even work. There was no touch sensitivity whatsoever. Contacted Apple and followed all the steps, still wouldn’t work. So I drove over an hour to the store, the employees were so distracted gossiping with one another, I stood there for at least 10 minutes before someone finally helped me (after asking where to go to 2 different people). I was very polite even though I was frustrated, expecting the same on return- didn’t happen, they acted as if I was an inconvenience and instead of showing me where the other watches were, they just pointed. Too lazy to even walk me to it. I’m not one of those people who leaves reviews, but this was just ridiculous. The customer service was disgusting (tons of young people, complete laziness). I had to return the item & ended up paying the extra $70 for the series 5 brand new. Worth it to not have to deal with Best Buy ever again. Will never purchase from this place, and will tell my friends to stay away as well. The guy with glasses that actually went to get me the watch (he was in the activation area) was pleasant. Charleston WV location.

I love the Apple Watch. Product is amazing. However I do NOT like the fact that I don't get any Best Buy points for Apple products.

Useful and can be used for many things especially fone calls that otherwise gets missed But the battery life is abysmally poor

Great quality fast change but it is very small and uncomfortable to wear. Should have looked further

The first watch got defected, the wristbands isn’t lock-in, I have to exchange for another one, my wife not to happy with it.

The watch was to come with 3 months free Fitness+. Never have gotten this. Watch was bought in December 2020

I purchased to replace a Fitbit. It looks great but functionally is limited in comparison for fitness goals I gave it away...

I love Apple. I think they need to stop putting out new products every year with minimal updates/upgrades.

I love the easy and convenient of apple but they are very expensive and not very durable I bought this for my wife and in less the a year she dropped it from a short distance from the ground and cracked the screen now its just a expensive paper weight 300 to fix it or 400 for a new one.

Battery life sucks! Don’t waste your money. It isn’t worth the price!

Cool... over 400 for a watch that worked for a month. Full and complete waste of money, won’t restart, nothing turns the screen on, not even Apple support can fix it. So completely disappointed.

Battery hardly lasts until dinner time, so disappointing…
