Love my watch but not service

I now need to come back again because the protector STILL has bubbles in it. I am trying not to go in public places due to COVID and I am very frustrated w Best Buy.

The worker that rung me up never really explained the two versions of the watch to me, meaning gps or gps and cellular. He just asked which one I wanted pointing at the display. Now I don’t have the watch I was looking for and now have to see what I am going to do!

Syncing issues with phone calls

Could answer the calls but the volume would not work. I reset both the phone and watch, but still had no luck. Had it for a week. Exchanged it for a new one. Make sure to buy a warranty. I’m hoping the new device won’t have this issue.
