Good product but worth the cellular update pick up or ship to store

I’m very glad I bought this watch when I did. I use it every day.

The series 5 does not have that many different features than the series 4

My band doesnot click in and fit properly. No idea what next

easy to use for when at work ! small yet still fashionable

After only about 5 or 6 weeks of having this watch the battery indicator is stuck at 100% and then it suddenly dies after a few hours. It does in the middle of working out and sleeping so you cannot properly track sleep or workouts. I wish I had my series 4 back!

When I open there is a small dot scratch on the side.

Returned to Mexico after purchasing Apple 5 watch in Portland, OR. Either calls do not go through or am put on hold for up to 45 minutes only to be disconnected. Not all features of watch are working even after trying on line tutorials.

I had a Fitbit before this Apple Watch. I really think I liked the Fitbit better. It would even give you your sleep pattern. Maybe I just have to learn how to use the Apple Watch better. No really a fan.

I originally received a series 3 as a gift to help me with my new exercise program. I couldn’t get the activity app to work. I upgraded to the series 5 because it had emergency alerts and ekg readings. Once again couldn’t get the activity. Come to find out after 10 calls to Apple Support that you need to get your heart rate up to 85% before it will count towards my activity. I’m battling cancer and am in treatment. There is no way to get my heart rate up that far. This watch was to encourage me ended up discouraging me. Nothing I did (walking 4 miles a day) was good enough.

Very unhappy with this watch. I purchased it for my wife. I bought it in advanced on a sale and held on to it for a month to give to her as a gift for our anniversary. Not even 2 weeks in the strap popped on it’s on causing the watch to fall and crack on the back of the watch. Went to Apple and they will not fix it for free even though the band that came with the product was obviously faulty. Apple is terrible and has awful customer service.

The watch is great but the straps came broken. They do not strap into the watch or click and I have to keep adjusting them back-and-forth to keep them From sliding out of the watch.

The first watch I guess sent had a broken band customer service was terrible had a call seven times and be put on an hour hold each time will never order from Best Buy.com again

Series 5 is holding up but don’t know when the battery will swell up. Apple doesn’t help with swollen battery beyond 1 year.

After exactly 1 month of use, battery only lasts about 4 hours. Best Buy’s return policy is only 2 weeks so basically we’re screwed.

Didn’t hold the charge for more than a day. Too complicated for a simple user.

I thought I was receiving an Apple 5 series watch and when I open the box , it was empty. I called corporate and they told me they can’t send out another watch until January 23, which is uncalled for. They should send me out a new watch priority, the next day. The box was not tampered with, which leads me to believe, was it even packed in the box? or someone took it out and re-taped it. I have to go back to the store where I ordered it to receive a new one, which they currently do not have in stock.
