Purchased the watch online and was showing in stock at the store so after 2 days I called to ask why it was taking so long to process my order for an item in stock. Turned out not to be in stock so the date was changed for pickup which was 7 days. 7 days go by and I receive an email saying there has been a delay and they would follow up with an estimated pick up date. I changed my order to ship to my house and had it in 2 days. The 2 days was great but I do not understand why the store couldn’t receive the item just as I did or at least tell me that direct shipment would be sooner. It was a birthday gift for my wife so I’m not impressed at all with the Best Buy process of getting purchases to the customer. But my wife absolutely loves the watch.

I replaced an older model and I’m so glad I did. It’s great having the display on at all times. I was worried the battery might suffer but it doesn’t at all. Also, I really don’t know how but I accidentally left my phone in my car and still got text on my watch. My car was across the street and down the road in a parking garage! This would have never happened with the older model.

Love the finish of the gold. I like the new features this model has also.

First Apple Watch and I’m sorry I waited so long. Easy to pair to my original SE phone. Feels great on the wrist, battery life is almost 2 days. I was worried about the battery life but no need. I like the 40mm size, obviously bigger than the 38 series 3 watch, plus the different screen design gives more viewable area without going to the 44mm. Very pleased with purchase!

Bought this for my 11 year old daughter for her birthday. She loves the watch. It’s great for when she is bike ridding and her phone is in her pocket, to which she does not feel or hear when it rings. Love the fact she can feel it vibrate on her hand and know to stop riding to answer her phone. Plus there are so many features.... love this watch

He took the time to answer all my questions & even did a demonstration of what the Apple Watch features and how to use. I am impressed he took the time with the store being super busy 4 days before Christmas. Fantastic employee!!!
