This is my first Apple Watch and it’s awesome. I love this watch so much. I purchased it when it was $329 and also got 12 months financing using my bestbuy card. I am glad sized up to the bigger 44mm screen. I wear my watch all the time. Highly recommend this Apple Watch. It’s very easy to set up and the bands super easy change. I read that the battery doesn’t last but mine does all day. I see a lot of people complaining about battery life. While it would be nice if they could get it to last all week, that probably won’t be happening for a while till battery technology catches up with everything else. The always on display is really nice. The health stuff is well done. I love having and alarm on my wrist that vibrates and wakes me up because I’m a really heavy sleeper.

I am personally on my 3rd Apple Watch as I upgrade as they come out and they have become an important part of my daily life. But recently, my 72 year old mother was feeling very tired and weak even doing simple things around the house. She ended up in the hospital and they found that her heart would go between being very low in the 40's to racing in the 140's randomly. I bought her this watch to protect her health. Not only does it alert her when her heart rate is either too high or low, but it also has a fallen alert that will automatically call up to three emergency contacts and 911. She loves her watch and now uses other features with it such as calls and texting. It gives me such peace of mind that at every moment, something is monitoring her heart.

I do not normally wear a watch, I recently went on family vacation to Disney World and decided this location would be perfect to put the watch to a test. First of all, I do not enjoy texting, but this watch allowed me to voice dictate my replies to my messages received from my family during this trip. The activity app tracked my movements throughout the trip and to my surprise, gave me a complete breakdown of the fitness goals I set prior to using. I can use my watch to start my car. I can take a moment to use the breathe app to check my heart rate throughout the day. Still trying to maximize all the capabilities that this watch has to offer. This was a purchase that I wanted, not necessarily needed but I am so glad I did. Apple Watch series 5 is awesome!

The watch band broke the second day I had it (there are tiny springs that are in the latching mechanism, and one fell apart). I took it to the Apple Store and they (with some difficulty) replaced the band under the 1 year factory warranty. A couple of other negatives, I can't use the watch to control the volume level of my Bluetooth speaker (or atleast not that I've found), and on one app, it "sticks/lags". When I first bought it, I wasn't sure if I'd wasted my money or not, but the longer I've had it, the more I like it. It is AMAZING what that little watch can do! It is WATER PROOF and I wear it in the shower, where I can use it to control the music playing on my Bluetooth speaker. Handy! If I leave my cellphone in another room and a call comes in, I can decline the call from the watch (or take the call and talk using the watch). It records calorie burns when I work out, and has allowed me to know more about my health through the heartbeat monitor, the ECG recorder, and the activity and sleep apps. I had to go to the hospital lately, and they asked me if my heartbeat was always slow. I could definitively tell them yes, due to what I knew from wearing the Apple Watch! I purchased this watch at Best Buy (as opposed to the Apple Store that is right across the street) because I could get 12 month financing on the Best Buy card that I already had/have. The only downside to that was I could only choose one watch band, where at the brick and mortar Apple Store, you can select from many for the same price. However, I have bought an aftermarket watch band anyway that offers way more protection to the watch (like when working out or working on my house). Overall, this watch was a GREAT value. I would recommend it.

I purchased this Apple Watch mostly for health reasons. I love the heart rate monitor and the fall alert. Having mobility issues, I’m hoping I won’t find out how well it works. I found the ability to customize my watch a great feature. I can change the watch face from one with several indicators, to a more elegant face when I go out for the evening. Even the watch straps can be charged in a minute to match the occasion. My only warning to those who are buying their first Apple Watch is that you have to charge the battery every day and a half depending on your usage. It doesn’t take long to charge, but if you go traveling, make sure you have the charger. Also, people with larger wrists might have to buy a larger watch strap.

Love the bigger screen. I don't use always on and the battery life is awesome, lasts me 2 days. Hard to recommned over the series 3 for 200 but if you have the extra cash and want the bigger size this is it.

Great watch with battery life even with the always on display. Even refurbished condition there was nothing wrong with the watch. Very convenient and easy to use. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a smartwatch.

This is my third Apple Watch. I had the first generation, sold it, bought the second generation, sold it, and jumped to series 5. My first two were smaller and I was nervous about the bigger size. My friend let me try her 44mm on and it doesn’t look too big. It’s also much easier to navigate the screen. I wear my watch every day mostly for the fitness rings to keep me motivated but also it allows me to check my messages more discreetly. I didn’t feel the need to go with the cellular Apple Watch as I don’t go far from my actual phone; if you’re someone who would like to have the option to just have you watch, then cellular would be the way to go. But if you’re like me and have your phone in your pocket or bag then cellular isn’t necessary

I have tried all of the major fitness trackers from Fitbit, Garmin, Withings, and you name it. Simply put, nothing compared to this Apple Watch 5. First, the heart rate monitor is spot on. Second, the entire interface is superb. Interestingly, Apple claims a battery life of 18 hours, but I can easily go much longer than a full day (that is, much longer than 24 hours) and still have plenty of charge left. Thus, even if I sleep wit the watch I have between 35 and 50 percent battery remaining when I wake up in the morning. The Apple Watch 5 is just a great device. I wish I had decided to purchase it sooner as I kept purchasing and returning various other devices. I know it’s a bit expensive, but I really believe it is worth the money.

I am in love with my upgraded watch. The first one was still working but I wanted the bigger screen and I love it. The battery last all day so that was a plus for a person who day gets started at 4 a.m

The Apple Watch is a great product. It allows me to see my emails, keep in shape, check the headlines, Check the weather, answer the phone and speak on the go. I can ask Siri to set a timer, and guess what, it even tells me the time and date which I guess is what a watch should do in the first place. If you use the Mickey Mouse face, touch the screen and Mickey tells you the time. I guess at 78, anything will make me happy. It’s nice that I don’t have to reach in my pocket to answer the phone or see who is calling. It’s all on my wrist. Does everyone need a watch like this? Maybe not! But I like my gadgets and really love this one and glad that I bought it. Oh, the larger 44mm face makes text very easy to read.

I’ve had a series 2 Apple Watch for years and decided it was time to upgrade. My wife wanted one for her workouts, but didn’t want to commit to a new one just yet. That have me a great opportunity to get a new one, and she wanted my old one. This watch has been great to use in daily activities as well as dedicated workouts and activities such as walking the neighborhood or hiking at the nearby state park. I love the heart tracking abilities and convenience of getting notifications on my wrist. I’m a teacher so this allows staying in the loop and still focusing on my students easily attainable. I was happy with my old model, and I can say I’m loving this new model even more with it’s updated features!

My first smart watch, I have most other Apple devices. Cool device, amazing technology that is on my wrist. I've had it 3 weeks and I'm still figuring it out but it's nice to see messages and calls without picking up my phone. Same for controlling my music on bluetooth speakers. Having info at a glance is cool as well. Been tracking my sleep with the AutoSleep app and that's interesting info. Same with seeing my movement for the day. Siri is about as hit and miss as my iPhone 10. So, did I get life ROI worth the $400 I spent? So far, no. That could change as I live with it more and learn more about the functionality. Would I miss it enough to replace it if it got broken or lost? No. That's really the telling question for me.

I needed this watch for the ability to detect heart arrhythmias. I had an Apple Watch 3 that I used mostly for fitness. I went with the larger screen and love the technology that now lives on my wrist.

My wife got me this as a birthday present after realizing how much she liked hers. It turns out I actually respond well to the activity rings and "it's time to stand up" reminders. Also having my phone alerts on my wrist has been very useful, much more so than I first expected. I bought this model because it has the option to keep the watch display visible all the time; after several weeks of use I've found that isn't necessary though. Battery life has been great. It lasts for about 36 hours and charges quickly, so I can wear it overnight to monitor my sleep. All in all it's a good watch and a good electronic device. It's not critical like a smart phone, but it's even more useful than I expected.

I’ve been outing off getting one until now. The battery lasts all day as long as I don’t have constant display on. With the display on it went about 10-12 hours. I bought the screen protector with it but it didn’t stay on for very long. It kept getting caught on my sleeves of my shirt or jacket. Since I’ve taken it off, I have dropped it a couple of times and there have been no scratches. I wasn’t a fan of the sports band that came with it (it pops off easily) so I got a leather band and a metal band that are both great. I like that you can change the watch face and the fall alert has activated a couple of times when I have quickly jerked my arm so that works well too.

Great watch. Upgraded from the series 1. Was kinda worry about the battery life on the new one since the screen is always on but battery lasts all day with no issues. That even with 2 hour workout included

I am very happy with this watch and I have enjoyed its seamless integration with my new Iphone 11 Pro. It monitors and records my heart rate constantly and it monitors my surroundings and warns me of hazardous conditions. These are the most loving feature to me but I felt if this watch could integrate to any fitness training apps then I could measure and monitor my workout routines. it has all the feature to record my exercises and workouts but it has no feature to guide my day to day workout schedule. Apple store has a few to many wonderful workout helper apps that can help me develop my arms, biceps, chest etc. If I can sync those to Apple watch fitness tracker then it would have been awesome.

The watch is super handy to quickly read your notifications. It also has really good battery life and helps track my steps to let me know what I still need to work on for my daily fitness goals.

Love the Apple Series 5 watch it has been a really nice watch love how easy it is to use it and that it has a nice battery in it cant get about 2 days out of a single charge
