I have put off getting an Apple Watch for years, thinking what do I need it for. I have and iPhone, iPad, iMac, AppleTV, and Home Pods, so what would an addition of an Apple Watch do for me. Turns out, a lot. I now track my health a lot closer than just using an iPhone. It reminds me of appointments on the go, particularly helpful when I’m driving. A bonus, is that an Apple Watch face choice allows me to keep up to 24 images on the face, and each time I lift my hand a new one shows up. I use this feature to remind me of my lady, friends and family members and the good times we have shared.

Still a great option at a lesser price than the 6!

We bought a series 5 and a series 6 watch at Christmas. In comparing the two watches, it is clear that both watches are excellent. The Series 5 is a bit thicker, a bit heavier, and doesn't seem to have (in our experience) quite as much battery capacity (although it makes it all day with no problem). The series 5 watch does everything the 6 will do with the one exception of the blood oxygen measurement. It will do heart rate and ECG. So, all in all, if money is an issue, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the Series 5. It remains a great buy.

My watch really helps me with making sure I keep active. Also great for keeping track of my heart rhythm. Almost everything you need on the wrist of your arm.

I love this watch, what more can I say? It has everything you need and provides exactly what the iPhone lacks. One of my favorite features on android devices was an always on display, which helped notify the user that they had a notification. The iPhone currently does not have a blinking led or an always on display -- the only way to know you have a notification Is to catch it or wake up the phone and look. The applwatch is great making up for this, as I get notified whenever a text hits my phone without having it out along with many other features such as my bpm, and steps. Would recommend!

I was looking at purchasing other health trackers, and it was recommended by a very knowledgeable Best Buy employee, that the Apple Watch would fit my needs better and work more seamlessly with my iPhone. I started setting up the watch and there is so much more to the watch than what I had originally anticipated. I am glad I made this purchase and am enjoying the functionality of tracking not only time, but my heart rate, activity levels, weather, calendar events, etc. Because the watch face is customizable, I now have the look of more expensive watches.

It’s the best Apple Watch I’ve used so far. The always on display makes it feel more like a standard watch and the battery life is unbelievable.

This is the 3rd one I’ve bought since Christmas. It was time for everyone to upgrade. If you have a series 3 or older, I would suggest to upgrade. I was sold on the always on display. I love that whenever I feel flustered, it sends me a reminder to breathe. I feel a bit better knowing my mother has one. Just in case she falls and I’m not around, she would be able to get assistance. Cool features, still has the Apple Watch look as precious models, with very little subtle changes. What’s the good old saying? “If it’s not broken, why fix it?”

Always on Display Well Worth the Upgrade!

I was on the fence on upgrading my Apple Watch Series 4 to the Series 5. Although it’s only been 24 hours, man am I glad I did it. The always on display (AOD) is well worth he extra money spent. It was so frustrating wanting to be able to see the time during meetings, driving, or exercising but couldn’t due to the limited ability to raise my arm or twist my wrist. The AOD solved that. Well done Apple! And I got to say that the compass is really cool and beautiful to look at. I have since set up another watch face using its complication and it looks great!

I bought this Apple Watch after a short hospital stay. i wanted something to help track my diet, meds, activity, and heart. The watch itself does very well at the last two. However, the other two require third party apps, and that has been a less than satisfying result. There is no app designed to involve the watch in tracking meds. At all. There are a few apps that involve the watch in tracking diet, but they are whole-health trackers that include activity and other things like mindfulness, sleep, etc., that complicate usage. If find those pretty kludgy, inconvenient. That said, I've found other Apple Watch functions surprisingly useful. It answers the phone and makes calls without taking out my phone. It displays ToDo lists. It plays audio from my phone. It's a calculator. It displays my calendar and sounds reminders. Those functions a built into the watch. It would have never occurred to me to buy a smart watch to use any of them. They seemed so frivolous, but now they seem quite nice to have. So to summarize, the watch does quite well at the things it was designed for, and less well at things other companies have tried to add on.

Apple Watch series 5 (GPS) is wonderful...I do not have to carry my phone around with me when going from room to room at home or office! When it alerts me to a call I can answer the call on my watch and do not have to rush to grab phone...no more missing phone calls! Battery life is great also. Synced with iphone I can read messages on the watch and answer them also by choosing built in short answers such as "yes", "no", "thanks" and many more including emojis. The 44 millimeter and the adjustable band is a comfortable fit on my hand.

My Apple Watch Series 1 just failed after 3.5 years. I started to get the Series 3 but the always on display was just to impressive. The battery life with the always on is amazing. I wear my watch 16 to 18 hours ever day and the lowest battery % has been 40%. Tried a few days with the always on disabled and I had 65% at the end of the day. This watch is fast, the display is bright and colorful. Images are 1000X better than on the Series 1. Sound is much better, If you are still rocking the 1 or 2, you won't be disappointed by an upgrade.

Great addition to my Apple ecology. I had been hesitant for many years thinking but was a wasted of money. Though not necessary, it adds to my communication convenience. Can do more things using the watch than I expected (i.e. send and receive texts and emails, control music, calendar, etc) and the workout/health feature is great. Battery life is decent. Charge every other day. The changing watch faces and bands are great customizations. Not mandatory but Great buy if you’re looking to splurge and add to your apple universe.

This watch was a great purchase! Has all you need (sans cellular) when taking that hike, bike ride, jog or just casually walking the dogs. For example, you no longer need your bulky phone (or worrying about it falling out as you hike or jog) to play your music as you're enjoying doing your daily exercise. Love the sleep feature as well ... this watch is just full of information to keep you healthy, if you choose to use it! Great battery life, quick charge and many different faces to choose from and customize!

This series is the best series yet. The always on display makes it truly pleasing to the eyes. The speed, health features, software, battery life is all too great. I have the original Apple Watch, series 3 and now series 5. Compared to both, series 5 speeds are very good. Blazing past the past series. Though the price is high, the health features is where that comes from. The ECG is a breakthrough feature in such a small wearable device. Props to Apple for making a great product that will keep on expanding & staying the #1 wearable.

I walk for exercise and take my 70lb. Dog along with me. I’ve got a big apple phone and it gets heavy after a mile or 2. So, I got this for an everything watch, health monitor, music feed. Although, this watch does not receive calls or texts while separated from the phone. But For an hour away from my phone It’s okay. I enjoy the me time. I’m still learning the tricks this mini tablet offers, but I love my new toy. It was a birthday present from my husband. He knew I needed it. Happy wife happy life.

Not being tech saavy, I was heaitant about getting an Iwatch. My suspicions were completely wrong! The watch series 5 is very easy to use and offers so many ways to personalize it to fit one's needs--from the watch face to the types of notifications received.Only drawback for me is that it requires a daily charge overnight, but the Apple store confirmed that is about right. The larger face model also is most practical for persons who wear glasses but do not always have them on. I recommend this watch.

After three warranty replacements from FB V2, I had had enough. I tried not to spend what Apple wanted but I came to the realization that Apple is the best. Even though I could no longer track my sleep, the other features of the Apple Watch (and a good sale price) made the purchase a worthwhile investment. I can go up to 2 days between each recharge. It tracks everything I want to track and then some. I have never dropped a call. I can leave the iPhone in my pocket or bag. I highly recommend the Apple Watch 5.

I bought the gps 4 series 44m and got the 38 instead. I took it back and paid The difference for the 44mm. The 44mm I received had problems so I took it back to service it and it was dysfunctional so they did have a replacement so again I paid for an upgrade to the 5 gps 44mm. I though they would up grade for free because they didn’t have any more 4series for the inconvenience I went through they wouldn’t do I so I paid again for the upgrade to the 5series. I’m happy with it but I don’t see the difference between the 4 n 5.
