Phone connectivity fails constantly, battery life is not worth it. Currently considering trading it in for credit on an apple store. I am happy for the customers that have had an amazing experience, sadly that is not me.

I upgraded over my series 2 ,it was all day battery life with it . Now new Apple Watch series 5 didn’t even last for 4 hours .full Charged in morning and 10% at 11 am . Very disappointed need a refund .

Brand new Apple Watch And wouldn’t update to latest watchOS

I've had every iteration of the apple watch. I always upgrade for one of the minor reasons that apple creates to make us upgrade. I'm one of those people; I buy into it. I typically sale my watch to help finance the upgrade, which is what I did for this one. Nothing wrong with the series 4, I just loved the always-on feature. Having to wave your arm around on a semi-regular occasion just to get your watch to light-up convinced me that this feature was a worthwhile reason to upgrade. Puzzling that they promised the same battery life, but I assumed they had it figured out. On a side night, by apple watch standards, the series 4 was great with battery life. If I turned it off at night, I could get two days of use from a charge and that's always the goal with modern devices---eeking out one more day of usage without being tethered to a charger. So, always on. I was in. The first day I had it, I noticed to look down on my watch at lunch and I was at 40%. I imagined that had to be an error so I powered off my watch and phone and after turning it back on it was still at 40%. For the rest of the day, I watched the battery more closely and there were times when you could almost watch it tick down it's percentage life. By 4:00, for the first time in my apple watch life, I was dead before I'd had even a day's usage. I assume it is at least in part due to the software and that there's a fix on the way, but that's not comforting or acceptable to me. A quick scan of online sites reveals that there is an issue. Not surprisingly, if you turn off the 'always-on' feature, the battery life increases dramatically. If the irony of that isn't apparent to everyone reading this, enjoy your new series 5 apple watch. One star, because at this point, it's a useless piece of equipment that can't even carry me through a full day.

I was told I can get curb side pick up and message several time it be ready, yet never was, then told it was mailed and went to your store several times no answer, tracked it serval time, made numerous calls , nothing. Then got through this morning and was told lost in transit!! SERIOUS VERY DISSAPOINTED. AND STILL NO WATCH. AND PURCHASED ACCESSORIES FOR IT THROUGH YOU..

I want to like this item but typical of Apple's current products it doesn't work correctly. I have read online suggestions on how to get the watch to work better but it still doesn't work well.Apple suggests that I shave my arm so that it works better. Thst's a joke. For example one day I did a 1 1/4 mile walk in my house for 30 minutes. The watch showed that I did the 1 1/4 mile correctly but it only said I did 4 minutes of exercise. I usually go up and down stairs 15 to 20 times a days the watch only posts about 10 to 12 a day. I just took it off and will not use it any more.

BUYERS BEWARE! First of all, I bought this watch thinking I would get reward points so I can use it towards buying the IPad magic keyboard for the IPad pro 2020 I bought from BestBuy. Last year I bought 2 Macbook pros, Apple watch series 3, and other products to get me to an elite plus member. Bestbuy deleted all my past records of rewards that's before 2020, so I can't check my past reward history to show proof that I have received points for my past apple products. I looked up why I have not received points for my IPad pro 2020 on google and found out why. Bestbuy never notified any customers that they are not rewarding points on any apple or beats products. At least they price matched Target's sale price for me 100 off the watch. I'll be shopping at Target & Amazon for now on.

The Apple Watch is great but if you want to actually get it, don’t buy it from Bestbuy. Just buy it directly from Apple. So far Bestbuy has shipped two watches to me and I still haven’t received them. I’ve asked them numerous times to cancel my order so I can buy the watch from Apple and they’ve ignored my requests. A watch that I was suppose to receive in 2 days is now going on 3 weeks and I still don’t have the watch.

I dropped this watch from a short distance from the floor and it cracked even with a protector shield, all my products are apple and get great reviews this one gets a zero

The watch was purchased for a anniversary gift and was suppose to have cellular capabilities despite specific request to that effect the salesman sold her the wrong watch. Unable to return watch because of the return date. of February 15, 2020. The watch was given as a gift on 02/05/2020 as a 20th anniversary gift. So we are very unhappy with this purchase and it is not currently being used as it is no better then a fitbit in its current state. I don't know why anyone uses this product since you have to have your phone especially if you have air-pods.

Less than 35 days with this Iwatch5. Stuck in sync mode 3 times within 35 days. Only option is to reset it back to factory settings. I am unable to return/exchange it because it is beyond my 30 days. Apple Support doesn't want to do anything with beside resetting it. We'll see how many times Apple wants to reset it before they acknowledge there is an issue with either the software or hardware. And yes, the app, phone and iwatch is u to date. Apple make sure if that before they continue troubleshooting.

but if you really want a watch that does everything this is not the watch you are looking for. It’s pretty useless. I’m surprised Apple spent so much energy on it when they could be producing the world’s greatest touchscreen laptops. This thing is too small and interprets any movement as exercise. I’m surprised they got it to distinguish breathing from actual exercise. Way overpriced for what you get. I’d go so far as to claim false advertising if Apple didn’t have a team of lawyers ready to pounce.

I order the Apple Watch 5 44m in black and received the Apple Watch 5 40m in white. Called when it came in and was told I would have to send it back and wait until it was restocked before I could get my money back. So BestBuy did not have what I ordered but charged me for what I ordered and sent me the lesser item all without telling me and 2 days before Christmas I had to order the watch from Apple and just wait a week and a half before I got my money back. BestBuy dropped the ball on this one.

They are horrible. They are starting to circle the toilet. Why you ask. They don’t care about their customers.

Terrible. Broke in a month Very poor quality with a very high price

Watch worked well with Iphone 10R but not with other basic inputs. Went back to Best Buy for another tutorial with very knowledgeable sales person, but watch continued to defy even basic inputs. I finally returned the watch but have not yet seen a credit back to my account. Very disappointing.

Received a watch which doesn’t track my activity. Also navigation won’t respond promptly. Called apple technical support they were not very helpful to resolve the issues. So ending up returning the watch. I never had such issues with apple products .. hope it won’t happen again

Very angry I did not get points for purchasing this item. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I had to pay that much money and did not get points towards my account. Never again will I buy from Best Buy. They are all about money. They do not want to help you at all.

Poor battery life. Shut all features down and still only lasted 12 hours. Took it out in a round of golf, after full charge.. and it died in 3.5 hours. Not worth the price even if free. I am pro Apple and they let me down on this one.

I received this item. It was fine at first, then screen started to flicker and then would not turn on at all. Had to return. But also had to pay more for a different watch they didn't even have the sane color I ordered!!!
