I love this watch and the price was great. And it came with 3 months Apple Music. I already use Spotify so the music part was not why I wanted it but Best Buy had that down as a value add. So I have had it for one month and Just got charged 9.99 from Apple for Apple Music I am not even using. Very irritating to have to try and dispute. Best Buy did great but needs to work out the Apple Music 1 month free verses the 3 month free i was supposed to receive. Best Buy did have the best price on this watch.

First and last Apple watch for the time being. Not a suitable timepiece for anyone doing physical work, around machinery, or wearing work gloves. Mine has not called 911 for me yet, however it frequently "thinks" it needs to, and is yapping at me about doing so when I am unable to stop what I am doing, remove my gloves, and shut the thing off, if I even am able to hear it....

I called nobody answered me the app wasn’t working. I went inside and asked for my order and it took about 10 minutes. Went in and bought a tablet that was put in the wrong price through it said the exact item in it and had any 6 behind it, so the tablet was misplaced and was overpriced...

I owned a series of Fitbit trackers and decided to purchase the Apple Watch Series 5 when it came out. From a fitness perspective, this product is sub-par. It is incredibly inaccurate and not reliable at all. The elevation sensor only registers around 20% of flights of stairs taken and the built in pedometer is buggy and is consistently grossly overstated or understated compared to the same type of pedometer on my iPhone. It also freezes or resets frequently, thereby further decreasing its reliability. The rest of the Apple Watch features are alright - I don't find that I use the apps very much, aside from the weather app. I regret purchasing this product and don't plan on ever buying an Apple Watch again.

It came in the box it was supposed to, but in the box was a different story. I ordered the silver with white band, which was pictured on the box, but received the black with black band. It was a good thing that the recipient wanted the black one instead. I had to call apple, however, to make sure that the serial #'s on the box matched. Thankfully even though the watch was different, the serial # did match. Very frustrating. Even though it was an open box. It had a top rating.

I came from Android to Apple and thought I'd really like this watch but was major let don't by the battery. My galaxy watch lasted any where from 3 to 4 days where my I could barely get a a day and half and that's with just about all the functions turned off. Needless to say I returned this $500 watch. I'll wait to see if they can fix the battery or find a alternative. I refuse to pay $500 for watch with battery problems just to say I have a apple watch!

Only okay Apple Watch. Many men need 44mm case and bracelet longer than 205+mm. Store personnel play “Dumb Dora” about this common situation. Using the watch requires training. Store personnel at Apple Stores and at BB don’t have this knowledge. The Apple rep inside BB’s store was very knowledgeable. Apple’s training is not adequate. Make the watch easier to use, Apple.

Watch works as it should, I’ve owned a few, bad news is the band brand new out of box didn’t work at all it won’t click into place. Looked up and seems somewhat common, trying to call Apple was a joke as they wanted the whole watch returned which I didn’t want to do, I wanted a new band that actually worked.

Battery charge is less than 18 hours, so you can’t get through a full day without a recharge. I bought it for the EKG feature and that’s the only thing that is unique here to me. My Fitbit, I charge once a week. It’s more hype than a useful product, especially if you just wish to simply tell time.

Doesn’t work all the time when trying to send text messages. Does not function the way it is supposed too, it has too many glitches. I wonder if I have a lemon or if all of the series 5, Apple Watch is are doing this?

I followed installation instructions. The next day it still had “bubbles” under the screen that I couldn’t rub out. I even tried to remove it and wash it and reapply. That didn’t work. I wasted $15 !

Glass is super easy to scratch even with a protector. Watch is very nice and easy to use, but the brightness is a huge disappointment.

So I already have a Garmin forerunner. I bought the Apple Watch hoping to get more value of the watch...does the same thing as my garmin, and all I did was to worry it was gonna scratch

I purchased this for my daughter in London and it never worked and there was no way to get it back by the return date so I lost $379. I am very disturbed by this.

Battery life sucks. You have to charge it EVERY day. Disappointed. Wish I would’ve asked my husband for a different watch.

I don't think I can make it with this always forgetting to use it and change it don't really need it for every day

do not like the life of the battery. I was at the gym ror about 3 hours that evening I had to charge the watch..

I don't know how to change the time. It is probably my fault, but it is irritating to say the least.

I received a 40mm instead of the 44mm that I ordered. Other than wrong size the watch was great.

It’s ok I thought it was better it’s ok I wouldn’t really recommend it.
