The watch is great. All the emails you have sent me since my purchase has made me EXTREMELY ANNOYED WITH BEST BUY!! We bought from you... now leave us alone or next time I will not even consider Best Buy

I like this watch, but I don't. The battery doesn't last longer than 5 hours if I talk for 40 minutes or exercise with it. Spoke with Apple and they said they would "fix" it, but now that I have over 40 days of workouts and goal streaks that really suck s that want to "fix" it and I would be without it....Very frustrating....

The series 5 Apple Watch is a great upgrade from the series 3. I think it’s biometric monitors are more accurate than the series 3. The battery definitely lasts longer than the series 3. Worthy upgrade!

This was purchased for my daughter so I don’t have a detailed review other than to say my daughter loves it. It also gives us comfort knowing she has easy access to call as she is away at college.

My wife made the switch from her Fitbit to this watch, already being on Apple's ecosystem. She loves being able to go on a run without her phone while still calling or streaming music. Great buy.

Love the watch, but I wish the charge lasted longer. You have to charge it every day

Whenever I would go to Best Buy I would see the watches and I knew I wanted to get one after a few visits I just decided to order it online product came free next day shipping it is a great watch

It has an improved display which is much easier to see. I love that I can just raise my arm to see the time. You no longer have to push the crown in the middle of the night to get the time. I’m very happy with it.

The series 5 I-watch was a Christmas gift for my wife. I currently have the series 3 and was surprised at the additional features it has. Recommend the series 5 I-watch to anybody that is looking to purchase

Tracks everything - heartrate, steps, etc.. This watch really is cool because I can receive phone calls even if I don't have my phone.. texting is good too and you can use siri to write your texts

I have always been hesitant to purchase "open box" item. My watch came in perfect condition even though it was not in the original box. Best Buy made sure that it was fully protected for shipping.

I am totally in love with my I watch... First one I have ever owned and I cant imaging my life without it now. Love love love it. Especially the sound feature and alarm.

This is my second Apple Watch and I love it! I have the Apple Watch for her by accident went in an MRI and it died a slow death. I replaced it with the Apple five and I’m very happy with it!

Gave this to my granddaughter for her high school graduation! She was thrilled! Due to the corona virus all graduation festivities were cancelled! She said this gift helped to lift her spirits!

Battery life the only issue. Our experience has been 24 hrs max. Til a recharge needed.

I have had the Apple watch on my wish list for about 4 years and finally decided to purchase. Very glad I did! Still working on the exercise tracking but all in all, it was a great purchase!

going from a Series 3 to this series is a nice upgrade. I really like the feel and features included now, especially that health is a big deal for me. I like the weight of it, the quality, its Apple.

I love the features - particularly those related to health - and the daily reminders and prompts. One major problem, however, is that the calls I receive and make are continually dropped in mid-sentence not long after the call is initiated. It's annoying at best, and a fatal flaw at least. I'll be taking this into Best Buy to get suggestions about how to stop or at least minimize this happening.

Stylish accessory to the iPhone. Good cellular reception when used in non-tethered mode. Apps appear clear and crisp on screen. Speedy response. Excellent digital health apps. Good battery life.
