The only thing I was unhappy with was with the band it's supposed to be gold with the gold little button and then the gold swirl in the inside and mine was silver so I want to know what do. I do to get this correct?

The watch band that came with this is completely garbage. It has fallen off repeatedly. It can be in loosely or tight, either way it falls off again. Now I have to pay to fix the screen. I realize Apple's goal is to sell the custom bands too, but I still think the included band should work. Really, if they can develop the watch is it too much to ask for them to propperly engineer a watch band? Apparently $550 will buy a nice watch, just one you have to fix if you use it with the accessories they include. Be aware of this piece of crap.

The battery doesn’t last for the day versus the series 3 that almost never did that for the entire year and a half that I had it. My usage has obviously not changed but I believe it’s because of the screen that’s always on display.

The watch arrived at the right time at my home. First week the watch battery lasted about 15 hours, after that it would last 6 hours at the most. After having it for 3 weeks and talking to Apple support, I already had to send it in for it to get a new battery. I love Apple products but very disappointed with this purchase.

I bought the Apple Watch and the iPhone 11 at the same time. We paid for a Apple care plan for the watch and the phone. We were told at the time of purchase that the plan covered loss and theft for both devices. My wife loss the watch while at the beach. I contactedApple thru Best Buy and was informed that the loss coverage is only for the phone. I guess she should have worn the phone instead of the watch. Like most plans a waste of money. When you actually need what you were told you paid for you find out what you need isn’t covered.

I bought the watch as a gift and the internal battery died within 4 months and it was charged regularly.. would not recommend this watch.

So u can pair this with IPhone 6s or newer along with the Apple Watch series 3 but you cannot pair a watch series 5 or 3 with an iPhone 6+ or before. Somehow you can pair Apple Watch series 4 with an iPhone 6+ though. Makes no sense. Furthermore can’t use Apple Watch with anything other than iPhone. “It’s meant to be an accessory to the iPhone”. It’s one heck of an expensive accessory to not even be able to connect a phone less than 5 yrs old. This is irritating and unlike the apple I have grown to love.

I bought this watch specifically for working out and running while listening to Spotify. It is not even tracking my steps properly. Also, Spotify has not come up with an app supported by Apple Watch, so you basically have to get a Apple Music subscription.

More pink than gold, don’t like it, return it and change it for the stainless steel, hoping that this one is more gold.
