Love the various features--especially the biometrics

Gifted this to a friend and they like it very much.

Bought it for the wife for Christmas. She likes the Apple connectivity but honestly prefers her Fitbit... She doesn’t like that either the watch or her phone gets the notifications, not both. She found a workaround, but for the price, really? A workaround?

I'd give it a 4 if some health functions were programed differently. For example the standby time waiting for a palpitation isn't long enough and makes it hard to trigger on the event. I's also pricey like every Apple product but has a cheap feel.

A great device overall, but I have been having some issues with the belt material. The first three weeks, I wore it all the time and even tracked my sleep. Nothing was weird during that time. Fourth week onwards, itching under the belt started. Soon, there were red spots and irritation under the dial and the belt. PS: I keep the watch clean, and wipe it after my workouts. So it wasn't sweat from my workouts that was creating irritation.

Watch features have been scaled down in this version. I used to get more features in previous version and now I have to buy more apps to see what I used to get for free. SIGH.

My wife got this watch and it was not for her. She likes the fitbit's better. She does not like the battery life on the Apple nor the fitness uses over the fitbit. I will say though I love my apple watch 6 44mm. They are awesome watches.

Online your site has price match guarantee which isn't true. Your site had the watch marked down for twenty dollars less than regular price, I showed that to the associate and he refuse to price match the watch so I paid full price.

When I got it home I didn’t notice the scratch on it until it was too late. I definitely didn’t do it because I added a protective cover to it immediately - but the scratch is only noticed in certain lighting.

Hopefully it's just the one I got, but the device was stuck pulling someone else's information when I was trying to set it up an sync it with my phone. Even Apple support couldn't get it to function properly, so it went back to the store. The odd thing, was that the box had never been opened, so perhaps the SMART devices are just too smart for their own good. Kind of scary actually....made me second-guess getting one at all.

Like this watch however, the last one I had broke within the first 14 months. It got really hot on the charger and I couldn't pick it up. Apple's suggestion was to buy a new one. Not my idea of customer satisfaction.

Good. But heart rate and steps are not shown all the time in the dial. Oxygen monitor sometimes dont work correctly. Photos are displayed. But whatsapp call and messages are not shown which is a downside

Was on the fence with this purchase! Still not like it that I can’t see my steps and how many. Don’t like to be told to stand or breath. When this watch dies nite sure if I’ll get another.

Band connector broke that makes it impossible to change. Apple products are way too expensive to have such a short life.

The strap was defective and wouldn’t click into place. They didn’t have the same watch for an exchange and wanted me to pay a restocking fee to exchange. I was not happy with this purchase nor the resolution.

I bought mine open box. 1. I have a dark circle on my wrist from my watch. It will not go away and it’s been weeks. 2. The top wrist band will not click in place so I do not feel secure wearing this 24/7

I ended up returning it. It was a good deal in comparison to other Apple watches but the short battery life and limited features were a turn off. I ended up with a Fitbit sense.

Like everything about it, however I returned it and went with the SE. Unless you have a medical condition and want to track your EKG’s and blood oxygenation, save the money and buy the SE.
