The apps are great it's a great piece. My rating is based on the fact that the strap was not locking at case like it should.

Only really used it to check out the height it’s a good watch just feel like it’s over hyped

EKG stopped working after 6 months and service by apple was not as good so traded in for 7

I love my new watch. It does everything I want it to do. My only issue is that it’s not holding a charge as long as my 4 did.

I like all of the features of this watch except battery. For my watch I have for everyone 6 hrs

I gave this as a Mother's day gift to my wife, but she didn't like the color of it so decided to return it.

Great when it works. Stopped working for my wife after 3 months, but got it replaced free of charge.

Overall watch is nice and work great. Only downside is price, it shouldn't cost half of the phone cost... lol

Great product! Tho it scratches very easily. I recommend buying a protective case or a screen plastic

They made the 'open box' deal sound like you would be getting a display model or maybe a store return. Described as excellent condition and since it was just $13 cheaper than brand new (I paid $383 vs $399) and was to include all the original materials, cheapo me figured to save a buck for something indistinguishable from new. What I got was a watch and charger saran wrapped to a piece of cardboard with nothing else. No paperwork, no manual, no box. The icing on the cake was the free six months of apple fitness+. When I went to sign up, I only get three months because I purchased a "used" watch. Best Buy has been emailing me for over a month to leave a review so, here you go.

This product was great for the week that it worked. When it would no longer charge, we tried to contact tech support from Best Buy. I waited over 40 minutes on the phone for someone to answer. While I enjoyed the 40 minutes of Christmas music, it didn't help the watch work. Hopefully we will have better luck driving for an hour to the nearest store in hopes we can get it fixed!

Didn’t really like the color. You can change the bands easily but the face color throws everything off.

Regret buying. Too complicated and have to charge often during vulnerable times when cardiac arrhythmias occur.

Love the watch but screen just popped off hope repair is not expensive

Liked the red color, however the size seemed too small. Would rather recommend going for the 44mm.

Great except the free extra watchband was not available as advertised and no way to get it sent later.
