A must have for Covid-19 survivor.

The blood oxygen tracking all day as opposed to using a finger meter that I would have done 4 times a day. Like fall detection since I had passed out at home falling to the floor with no warning and not knowing how long I was out. Apple makes great products.

I will say glad I now have it. Helps so much with not having to run to my phone if I'm out side when someone calls. The voice sound on the phone is comparable to the phone. Its learning curve isn't bad at all. Battery life for all day uses about 1/4 life

Worth the upgrade

The blood oxygen sensor works every time. I had heard it was an issue so I worried about that. EEG worked as well but when I put a hard case on the watch I stopped being able to use it. Should have waited a few months for the newer 7 series but still happy with my choice.

I really like how it reminds me to stand up during the day when I’ve been sitting for a while. It also reminds me to relax with a breathing exercise. It has a cool ECG function that checks your heart rate. It can be very convenient to make an receive texts without having to look at your phone.

It has so many more features than my previous Iwatch 2. The health and fitness features are phenomenal. The ability to monitor sports, weather, emails and messages...among other things...on the watch face helps my daily activities. The safety features for acquiring emergency assistance helps keep me comfortable and safe.
