Upgraded from Apple Watch Series 3 because gave the 3 to my son to use while running. Love the watch, but still disappointed with the screen material...way to easy to scratch.

On my second unit as the 1st unit went dark after about 90 days. Apple care is not the easiest to utilize. I did receive a replacement unit within 7 days.

The band selection is very limited and I had a poor experience when allowing the sales rep to help me purchase it. I should have just purchased online myself...but the watch is cool

The watch functions properly, however, the design of the sport band makes it difficult to fasten to the wrist without placing the face on a surface to allow closure.

No reason to pick this up if you have a series 4 or 5. There are no differences to justify the purchase of this one. Unless you have the series 3 or older, save your money.

Still a nice companion to the iPhone but not much of a difference between this and the series 5. No need for the upgrade unless you want to spend unnecessary money.

Well it looks nice. I shoulda known better than to buy open box. The darn thing wouldn’t pair. Had to spend over an hr on Apple support just to go into the Apple store, which included half a day off from work. Only for Apple to have to send it off for inspection and repair. Here’s hoping it comes back working, since I’m now on two weeks without yet using it. Hopefully I get it back this week. Long story short just buy the new, and maybe just buy at the Apple store.

The blood oxygen sensor rarely can get a reading. That was the main reason I bought this watch. As long as that feature isn’t important to you, everything else is great.

I wish it had Facebook and other apps that I luv! I didn’t realize in needed cell service to go further away from my phone. I am a mail carrier and being able to have that watch when walking and I forget my phone is awesome but hubby did not realize it had to to cellular with another plan. So ultimately we decided to return it. Note for anyone who reads this- make sure u get cellular with gps and also know you need a cellular plan just for the watch! It was a very expensive Fitbit.

Not great, but not terrible. Expected a little more from an apple product. Great build, vibration is definitely superior Android or Tizen smart watch.

A lot snappier than the series 3 I came from. Battery life still isn’t where it needs to be and just doesn’t seem as feature rich as it should be. Way too pricey.

Overall great device but the battery needs to last longer. There also needs to be a customizable "basic mode" that will save battery as well.

I have been using Apple watch since sence it launched. Apple watch 6 is good but notvas marjetes by apple. Specially the oxygen meter.. mostly it doesn't work.

This watch completely broke from a fall of approximately 2 feet. false advertising or product defect? not according to apple...$300 bucks to repair. save your money and buy a Garmin if you are at all active -- not a durable watch and shouldn't be advertised as a sports watch.

Good watch. the only problem I have is that the surface gets scratched easily. The smart watch itself is great and the design is great

Had to upgrade when my other watch quit working after a new update. This one seems to be much faster but it also drains my phone battery.

Really good item, but it was really the worst care about the item, they send the box damaged and also took more than a week to get to my home!

I guess i am not a apple watch kind of person. I found it difficult to figure out and use. The icons are small and makes it even harder.

I was excited with this watch but it lived only for a few days, it has developed a software glitch, customer care also not helpful
