This Looks like a beautiful watch BUT I cannot use it!! We "specifically" asked in the store which models of Apple I-phone this watch would work with. The clerk was not sure and went to get the "Apple Expert". The Apple Expert said back to Apple 6. I had (and) showed him my Apple I-phone 6 Plus. He said no problem. Got watch home. Had to charge it as it was dead out of the box. I downloaded the Apple Watch App. Tried to Pair it and I said I needed to update my phone software. I went to do that and my phone says it HAS the latest software. SO. I have a beautiful retirement gift I can't user until I spend another $700 on a new I-phone. I wonder if Best Buy will give me one at half price??? Signed... rather upset with Technology.

Item was a gift and I haven't heard of any problems.

Bought an Apple watch series 6 (GPS) open box, got home and found a pink series 4 in the box. I had a feeling something was off when I only paid $256 and the watch sells for $499. Immediately sent it back.

Watch started having download errors after only having for 3 months. Apple would not fix the software error because of a scratch. Do not recommend the purchase of this watch.

When I ordered the Apple watch there was an offer about free second Apple band as a gift, but I didn’t get anything. I picked up my order and realized it only at home.. So I never return to the store because line was crazy.

I have had my watch a few months and it does not respond to raising my hand to “wake it up”. That is an important feature for me esp when biking. Very disappointed because it worked for a couple of months.

I bought this in June and it’s already ruined. The watch band is poorly made and got caught on a grocery bag in my car and pulled it off and dropped in the driveway. I had a cover protector on it but it cracked in the corner. Now they want $300 to repair. No thanks I’ll go back to my Fitbit Ive had for 5 years. Ridiculous.

like the watch but the face scratched very easy within 2 weeks and the apple care i purchased does not cover the scratch because they said it is a superficial scratch. very disappointed.

Ordered this watch twice the first time it was sent to my old address You said that you would try to retrieve it and let me know. You shipped a replacement and billed me for it so I sent that one back Every once in awhile I check back with you to see if you ever recovered the original. The last time I called you referred me to Apple because I had the plan with it. They tell me it was never activated so they can’t help. Two ginormous companies and nobody can help! Still blows my mind

I was being real careful with my watch but saw other people swimming with theirs so I tried it. Watch did not work well after being in the pool one time (2 months old) Battery ran out quickly and Siri was always coming on. Tried to get Apple to do something and they wanted $300 to look at it.

Screen cracked in less than 12 days after falling off a bathroom vanity. A watch of this price should be able to handle that.

It was like having a regular watch on my arm. I was looking for Blood Pressure results which Fitbit and Garmin does. Save money and get them, they do the same

I am not sure what is going on with this watch, it is not working properly. Wash hands don't display all the time and also. I am guessing it needs repair which I am not happy about.

Not in excellent condition and missing extra band, manuals and box. Also there are scratches on the screen and condition of product is not clean with dirty used band.

I was expecting more..it’s basic to me.. If you can wait on the watch, just wait. It’s way to high price wait for it to lower.

I was given next to no time to have an explanation how the watch works and how to access the different features. To go to the Geek Squad is a 2 week wait.

The watch stopped working after 2 week of purchase date
