I didn’t care for the band. I didn’t really like getting my messages on my wrist and couldn’t figure out how to find certain health apps so I returned it.

Uh oh. My Apple Watch is not quite a month old and suddenly two days ago- the battery is completely drained after two hours. When I put my watch on in the morning it is fully charged. Brought it back to Best Buy and a very nice guy on the Geek Squad shut off a couple of apps that were refreshing in the background. Didn't help. The watch was dead before I got back to my car. This is not good. Reaching out to Apple Support.

Screen completely stop working after 15 months!! It went black and tried to troubleshoot it and also went to Apple store and nothing can’t be done to fix it. Unbelievable… very bad quality! Unfortunately, I did not get Apple Care, therefore I lost my money buying this piece of crap watch.

Sadly broke in the first try of installation have to go to the store and see if they can change it

Did not like my watch was bought less than a month ago it does not receive notifications , can not connect me by WhatsApp ,

Overall a good watch with few glitches. I had to turn it off and on several times due to big numbers on screen on watch.

I bought this watch to try it out because it looked cool. I ended up not really using it and returning it.

I had a nice face clock that I really liked but it stopped showing me the temperature. Took it into the Geek Squad and they simply told me they sometime do that. Surely not told that as i payed for the watch. Had to go to a professional Apple Store to get assistance. Best Buy is the K-Mart of electronics.

After 2 months it just stopped working, no reason at all. Before that everything was working perfectly

Received ‘excellent open box ‘delivery without magnetic charging cord . When contacted customer care , agent assured by sending return label to get charging cord with complete watch as charging cord could not be sent alone. Thanks for refunding the amount even after repeated request for the missing item . Would like to ask why missing items are not compensated instead of refunding.

It has to be charged way too frequently. Basically, it has to be charged every night which defeats the purpose of monitoring my sleep activity.

Poor knowledge by the associate & not having the item in display for the costumer to see

After 2 days of working, now it will not connect to iPhone 11. Contacted support thorough apple. After 3 hrs of doing what they said still doesn't work. The watch app does not even work on iPhone. Terrible product and support. Would not recommend.

CELLUAR IS DEFINITELY MORE WORTH THE MONEY THAN JUST GPS!:)

The battery is still poor and the screen is easy to scratch

Battery dies way to quick. But Other than that it’s good.

Instructions on how to apply it are not easy to follow.

I’m giving one star because unfortunately it doesn’t work on some one who has tattoo sleeves. The sensors don’t read through tattoos so the watch always thinks I took it off. If you don’t have sleeves I’m sure it’s a great product. Figure it out Apple!

I liked the watch while it was working, but after only 21 months it has a defective battery that will no longer charge. With the high cost of these Apple Watches, they should last a lot longer than it did.
