I have had this watch for little less than 2 years. Now all of a sudden it had started burning my arm where the sensors are. When I take it off, it feels like it is peeling my skin with it and it has left a reddish pink circle.

Purchased item as a Christmas gift and it was defective out of the box. Did not turn on, did not charge. Best Buy could only offer a refund, no exchange. Horrible Christmas experience.

I was really liking my watch. I had it less than a week and the screen went out. I had to return it for a new one and I am still waiting on the watch. The company could not give me a date when I will be receiving my new watch. Apple needs to do better.

do not wear overnight. the alarm is too quiet, overslept too many times because of this. The tracking is not nearly as accurate as it should be for the price. You are better off getting a Garmin watch. prepare to charge it everyday as well.

When my wife opened the box everything was missing except the watch. My wife thought I was playing a trick on her. The watch that was in the box was black but the box said gold and pink? I ordered 2 of these one was fine don’t know what happen with the other one.

I can’t wear it every day. I’m allergic to rubber.

Received the wrong color and exchange it for the correct color and was charged a 10 restocking fee. Don't understand the fee because I could just return it for no fee. Poor way of treating your customer by the way who has been Elite Status for 7 years in a row.

The Apple Watch product is great but the sales person at Best Buy sold me the wrong model. Additionally, there was a long line to purchase. The star is for Apple having a great product but Best Buy did not have great service.

Not water resistant like it says. It acts up after I wash my hands. “Hey Siri” and microphone dictation will stop working. I had a series one and I jump to the new one because the old one did the same thing. What a waste.

The product is good. How ever best buy credit cards sucks. Charge interest even though we made payments and was told it is always interest free. What a lie. Ended up just getting with my personal CC.

There are obvious scratches on the dial, and a strap is missing, and BestBuy refused to pay me any compensation. What I bought was an excellent product of Open Box, which disappointed me a lot. . .

Was looking forward to utilizing the newest Apple Watch but lo and behold it wouldn’t pair with my IPhone 6 so I had to return it. Would have helped to be advised of this issue before purchasing.

I really enjoyed this product. The battery life was great, it was very durable, and it was nice to have when I didn’t have access to my iPhone. I would repurchase this product again. The sports band was very convenient when I went to take it off and put it back on to wear

The watch stop working 3 weeks after, no warranty for the watch

Honestly not worth the money. Water still gets through and you’d have to take apart in order to clean. Bolt also rust due to water and over quality is not there.

It’s very poor the system, it have a lot of problems with the app health and some time the hearth rate it’s wrong

The fact that you have to charge this every single day is more of a pain than it is worth

Someone used my account I have been trying to close it for more than a month I did not purchase these items it has been reported

I guess the one I bought had a factory defect, everything is slow including opening apps on it. Also does relatively quick (after 14hrs).

I picked this up for Heartline study and will be sending it back as I am no longer in study. Watch is too complicated and weighs too much
