If you have series 3 or older this is worth the upgrade due to the additional health features with an on demand ECG and blood oxygen level sensors. Performance is top notch - I recommend the 44mm even for those with smaller wrists like me. Easier to read by far and only a little bit more money.

I love the always on display and every other feature added over all. It measures my workouts and sleep accurately. I did purchase a cover for this, since I seem to bump it everywhere. If you happen to get the solo loops... go one size smaller than what it tells you. My braided band is unusable. It is way too big.
