Was rated “Excellent” ie: like brand new, no physical defects, scuffs, scratches etc Please! Scuffs on two corners, band was dirty (ew!), box and it’s contents were all discombobulated! ink smudges everywhere on papers/box. NOT like new. RETURNING it. Very disappointed

Battery dies too quickly even when you set the face display to not stay on. Won’t last more than a day. I hate charging it every night. For the price you’d think you’d get two days. I’m a truck driver so this is very inconvenient.

Unit seems a little heavy. Battery doesn’t seem to keep very long charge. I found that I needed to get a face plate so I wouldn’t scratch it. Rather than that I’m still getting used to the watch itself

Product was listed as “open box - EXCELLENT” This was a Fathers Day gift and the watch face has multiple deep scratches and was missing a charger. Extremely unsatisfied. We missed the return window due to it being a gift for a later date. Never purchasing from Best Buy again. Wish I could give zero stars.

    My favorite Apple Watch Series!

Originally, I had decided to wait for the Apple Watch Series 7...but, thanks to the pandemic's impact on tech parts, I decided to try the Series 6. I am glad I chose not to wait. Thanks to Best Buy's price matching, I paid much less than a new Series 7 and basically have something that services my needs at a sweet price. Replacing a Nike Run Series 3 with the 6 was an easy choice. Love the always-on and improved health tracking tech as well as the improved battery management. And of course, the dark blue aluminum finish and sport band were always my first choice. If you are in the market for a new Apple Watch - the extra price between a Series 3 or SE is an investment you will be glad you made.

The apple watch is basically what you would expect. A really futuristic watch. I have owned the galaxy watch with an iPhone and can say that it is basically a trade off. The Apple Watch lacks in style what it makes up for in speed and functionality. Obviously, you still can't have it all. If you like the rectangular face design, then go ahead and get this watch! However, there are definitely going to be some that dont like it... The watch does everything it is supposed to do, but i was a little suprised at how it doesnt have native facebook or instagram apps or a native whatsapp version. Yes, there are ones out there, but not made by the native company. In terms of fitness it works great, but at this point the other wearables are just as competitive. Battery life is good as should be expected, but if you turn always on display on you will have to charge it every single night, no question. Leaving it off I seem to be able to get 2 days usage with no problem. Overall I think it is worth the money if you appreciate the Apple convenience features it brings and don't expect it to be the king of style or be able to do the exact same things as your phone.

I have never owned an Apple Watch before, it is something that I never had considered purchasing, until the Series 6 was announced. I am well invested into the ever growing Apple ecosystem and it is as fluid and easy to use as you would expect from any well designed, slightly pricey Apple product. I have quite thin wrists but opted for the 44mm face (after a lot of back and forth and even speaking to Apple on the phone) which was a good choice in the end. It doesn't look or feel too big on my wrist and is more comfortable that I thought it would be. One of my larger concerns was the battery life, especially as I have the cellular version, which is fantastic for streaming music to my wireless Bose earbuds for running and allows me to leave my phone at home when cycling or swimming without having to worry about loosing contact if someone calls or texts me. I charge my watch after waking up (whilst in the shower) and again when getting ready for bed and my battery hasn't dipped below 20% after a full days use and is usually fully charged by the time I am out of the shower in the morning (I sleep with it on). The interface is very responsive and a pleasure to use. I don't take advantage of all the features the Apple Watch has to offer but it is definitely future proof. Apple Pay on the Apple Watch in particular is extremely useful. If I am out purchasing something and am wearing a face mask, I cannot use Face ID to use Apple Pay on my phone and do not want to touch the chip and pin devices in shops. Overall, if you are sitting on the fence of whether to spend the money on the new Apple Watch Series 6 and either do not own a smart watch or have a much older series, I would encourage you to treat yourself. I also considered the well priced Apple Watch SE however, after doing some research, I realized that the SE does not have the Apple U1 chip which is featured in its latest iPhones. As of now the U1 chip may not offer too much extra, but is definitely something that will be utilized by Apple and most probably third party products in the future. Overall a great product and would recommend to anyone who is interested in owning a smart watch.

    Massive upgrade from series 4

I was majorly on the fence about upgrading from my series 4 to the series 6. I wear and use mine every day but I had a hard time justifying the price of the upgrade for just an always on screen, oxygen sensor, and a bit faster of a watch. After reading many reviews online I decided to pick up the series 6 and try it out for a while and see if it was worth the upgrade (and if not, return it). Needless to say, there’s no way I’m giving it back. The always on screen was one of the biggest draws for me as there are were many times at work I looked like I had an arm twitch just trying to get my 4 to display the time when I was sitting. Now it’s soooo convenient to have it display the time always like a watch should. I also like that it dims the screen when you’re not looking at it so it’s not distracting. The oxygen sensor is cool and all but I didn’t really care about it so I won’t review it at all. With all that being said, the main reason why I refuse to give it back is the responsiveness. I use voice and swipe text A LOT on my watch (since I’m too lazy to dig my phone out of my pocket) and the series 4 would frequently lag when trying to translate my voice to text or my writing to text and although not the worst thing in the world, (and still being miles better than my original Apple Watch) sometimes it would really get hung up to the point I would just quit using my watch and dig out my phone to send a text. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t expect something so tiny to be as fast as my large phone, but it would get annoying to the point of why even bother having it. With the series 6, that lag is completely gone. It now translates just as fast as my IPhone 11 and the overall responsiveness of everything on it runs just as smooth as my phone. I can’t get over the massive difference in speed on this watch. Also one thing I’ve noticed is the far better battery life. I always throw my watch on it’s charger at night and I’ve never had the series 4 die on me, and I figured with the always on display, my battery life would be about the same or maybe a bit worse but it’s surprisingly better. I started at 8:00 this morning with it on and when I put it on it’s charger at 8:00 this evening, it still had 70% battery life. I didn’t really use it for anything demanding and I wasn’t on it constantly the whole day but for wearing it all day and for the amount of texts I read and responded to on it, I was pretty impressed. Overall my opinion is, if you currently have a series 4 or earlier model Apple watch, you wear it a lot and are considering upgrading, I’d say go for it, I’m very happy with the improvements and am glad I did.

Fantastic fitness tracker and smart watch. Apple is the king of seamless integration and the Apple Watch is no exception. Very fast, tons of features. The blood oxygen sensor is more accurate on the finger than your wrist but you can place your finger on the sensor to test. This watch probably isn't worth the upgrade from a series 4 or 5, but if you are on a 3 or older it's a very nice bump up or if you're investing in a smart watch for the first time and want some of the higher end features (like ECG, always-on display, etc) then it's a great upgrade. The SE is also very good and a bit cheaper, just buy whichever one ticks the right boxes. I initially bought the SE but returned it for the 6 series so I could get the always on display. I typically don't have the always on display on anyways, but I can wear this watch for a long time between charges. Performance is very fast, charging is fast and battery lasts a long time with always on display off. There are a ton of features and they are infinitely expanded by third party apps as well. This is an expensive device but if you take care of it it'll last you for years without a necessary upgrade (this coming from someone who upgrades phones every year on each release). The only real downside to this device (or any Apple Watch) besides the price is the look. I think these watches (and square watches in general) look pretty boring. It's grown on me, and most people recognize it as a "nice watch" but it doesn't compare to some of the round designs of third party manufactured watch devices or a regular (non-smart) watch. Obviously that's just my opinion though, I'm sure plenty of people think they look great!

Bought this for my wife for her birthday. Previously we both had Series 2 watches (I ended up getting the SE 2), which were becoming horrible on battery life and just sluggish overall. This was a fantastic upgrade that she loves, from the improved battery life, to the color, the larger size screen, and especially the ECG feature. We run an Apple ecosystem at home so this was a no-brainer choice.

DO NOT REPAIR YOUR WATCH HERE. GO TO APPLE.

I went to “Best” Buy to get my watch repaired, as my battery was defective. Upon my repair when granted a 7 day maximum guarantee of the arrival of my watch upon reaching the repair site, it quickly became a nightmare. I waited over a month to receive my watch, only to be told they had lost it. After talking to the manager of the Tacoma, Washington “Best” Buy store, they issued for another one to be sent. I got my watch today!! So exciting right? No. They sent me a watch that was inside a very beat up box. Upon my arrival home and opening the beautiful (so I thought) watch, it was shattered on the back. Absolutely shattered. I’m BEYOND disappointed in best buy, as we’ve gave them business for SEVERAL years…I expected more from them than to give their already upset customer (who needs this watch for their job keep in mind) a shattered watch. I absolutely do NOT recommend any purchases nor repairs of apple devices at Best Buy. Go to apple for everything, they help you more than “Best” Buy ever will. This is not the first time I’ve had an experience like this over the years from them. Although I’m a person of multiple chances, this was my final straw through them. Save yourself from this stress.
