Love my Apple Watch 6! It has some really nice new features such as the blood oxygen sensor and sleep tracking.

Still the gold standard when it comes to smart watches and wearable tech. I bought this watch for my (elderly) mother so she can track all of her activity. She absolutely loves using it and makes it a challenge everyday to close her “rings”. The emergency features (fall detection) are nice too. It’s been on the watch for a couple versions now, but I didn’t know it turns on automatically when the wearer is 55 or older. All in all, a good purchase with usable technology.

The last time I had an Apple Watch was when the series 1 came out and it was okay. I decided to give the Apple Watch another try when the series 6 was announced since I am more busy with college and working at a hospital. It keeps track of all my meetings, I have reduced my screen time since I don’t have to consistently look at my phone, even the sleep reminders make sure I get enough rest for the busy days. I would totally recommend if you’re thinking about getting it!

Watch is very good because it provides monitoring for vital signs and several capabilities to communicate

I purchased this watch to help monitor my heart rhythm. The rhythm strips transfer to my I-phone which is very helpful. The "watch" has a harder time picking up my blood O2, but eventually works with adjusting it on my wrist. It did take me a couple days to figure out everything.

so when this watch went on sale, I jumped at the chance. I've never used an Apple Watch before, so I thought I'd give it a try. Boy was I impressed! This watch has a built-in microphone that can hear water running and when it does, it counts down for you to make sure you wash your hands for 20 seconds! It also has exercise goals you can set, and not just the traditional ones. I have one that reminds me to stand and stretch for example.
