Apple watch was defective.

I had to go to Best Buy four times yesterday to discuss the issue and prove that the cellular part of the watch is not working. I paid for cellular service, which Verizon tested and said it is working from their end. I have only had the watch three weeks, and not have to stand in line at the Apple store to get a new replacement watch. It is a huge hassle.
