Good tool for maintaining health.

It can be an extension of my phone, which makes it possible for me to pick up a call even if my phone is in another room (within blue tooth range). I am most interested in health and fitness information, and I have sometimes struggle to find essential information among all the apps that I really don't need on my watch. This can be configured, but be prepared to spend time sorting out what's useful from what isn't, and learning to navigate to what you need. Also, battery has to be charged about every 24 hours, so there's always a period of time when your activity or inactivity is not registered, making daily records less than 100% accurate.

I upgraded from an apple watch 3 and although I did need a new watch (mine was old and beat up) I would have been just as happy with a new apple watch 3. It was very expensive and I don't need or use any of the fancy features on the 7 series. Also, the best-buy employee that was "helping us" was not extremely helpful.
