    Really nice watch. I upgraded from the 3. The watch is very durable and I use it daily - almost 24/7 to track my movement, steps, heart rate, and my sleep pattern. I know it's not 100% accurate but it's a good guesstimate of my day. No case was needed and I purchased extra bands. many apps to choose from. Locks my car, and controls my life!!
