I love the new series 7 45mm Apple Watch. It is the best smart watch I’ve owned. Its help me and motivate me keep myself healthy. It's track my oxygen and ECG everyday.

I bought this for my son in college. He loves it. It paired well with his apple watch and provides him with much needed capabilities for someone in his age range.

Tons of apps and information available for everyone from nurses to athletes or people who are both. Almost a must have for the busy individual.

This watch was purchased for my husband. He wanted it for its ability to track steps, exercise, and activity. All of which have exceeded his expectations.

Watch works great and integrates very easy into my other Apple products. Only thing I didn’t like is the band it came with but the performance of the watch is spot on.

Coming from Samsung before this I am enjoying my IPhone and especially my Apple Watch 7. It has been really useful for so many things. I highly recommend it.

If you have an iPhone and you're looking for a smart watch, this is the one to get. With that said, the aluminum frame is fragile and will scratch easy if you hit it on any hard surface. The screen is also very delicate. I would recommend getting a case with raised edges to protect your purchase.

This was a gift for my daughter and she loved it! It was exactly what she asked for. She wanted the watch for her workouts and she said it works great.

Love the Health metrics. The 45 mm size is also a great look.

Love It! It helps me keep up with my workouts and reminds me to stand to keep the circulation going in my legs. All around, good investment.

I like it but I wish it tracked steps better. Before this watch I had a Fitbit Versa 2 and loved it’s step tracking ability. I do like the other functions that the Fitbit couldn’t perform, all except the step tracking. My other gripe is with the frequency that I have to charge the watch. Fitbit Versa 2 was once a week, Apple Watch 7 is once a dsy.

I’ve had the 4/5/and 6 and now the 7 and I must say this watch is nice but if you have a 5 or 6 I would not upgrade the bigger screen is not worth it in my opinion
