Birthday gift to self, good overall

Never had a watch before this one as I was nervous I’d spend money and never use it, but took a risk here and I’m very happy with it. I don’t use it for all the things it can be used for, more of a step tracker and way to check texts and time/weather on the go or at work. Good for basic stuff, only thing I’m having trouble adjusting to is all the ways to use stuff

A big asset in my cardiac rehabilitation program

It helps me with my exercise program by tracking my activities. It's ability to measure heart rate and O2 levels gives me confidence that I am not over doing my exercises. I would like to see improvements in the oxygen level measurements to make them more robust. Currently, I don't always get first attempt readings and need to try a second or third time.

It’s a great motivation tool. I Tripped on an uneven sidewalk slab and fell while walking around the neighborhood. The phone picked up on the fall, and asked if I fell and was OK. Fortunately, I was OK. It’s good to know that, as a person who lives alone, I am able to get help in an emergency.
