Stats are not accurate at all and always charging

My last watch was the FitBit Versa 2 and I really liked that watch but wanted more out of like pulse ox, music controls and training apps. The Apple 7 needs to be charged every night and doesn’t track sleep compared to the Versa 2 which also charred every third day. But the greatest flaw to me is the steps and calories burned. Former watch was 20k steps easy for my day and 3k calories burned on avg. But now (same day in day out) I barely burn 1000 calories and have only got 10k steps once in 2 months. Figure that out for me cause that is just a giant gap for watches and I really think the 7 is no where near accurate so don’t feel bad when you check your activity level. Big let down.
