I bought this exact same model from best and I only got to use it for a couple of days when it showed me the red exclamation. I went to the Apple store for repair and they sent it out. I got a email the next day saying Apple would replaced it but it has been a week and still not Apple Watch. This is the worst experience I have had with Apple so far. Just hope nothing goes wrong with your new Apple Watch or else your probably in for a long wait yo get a replacement.

So far this is a very good product. If I had designed it I would have given it a more traditional round watch shape and increased it’s battery life.

This is that tool you never knew you needed.it’s only been a couple days but I love my watch.I find something new and cool everyday.

The 1st watch BB sent barely lasted 6 hours. However BB exchanged it - the new one is working fine.

good as expected. Everything is apple in my family and we have expectatios. This product meets those expectations.

I purchased this for medical tracking. It takes up to 15 tries to get a blood oxygen reading even when I adjust and re-adjust the position on my wrist. Much easier to just use an oximeter. The watch has some great features but I purchased it for the specific use of tracking medical information.

Anyone who gives this device a four or five stars doesn’t understand how a battery should work on a smart watch. It completely makes the device useless if you have to charge it every 16 to 18 hours. It really is a great watch but the battery life ruins it.
