I don't use it in water, so cannot comment on its water resistance quality. The watch also come with oxygen level and heart beat sensors. It should not be used as a medical device, but it can provide early warnings on changes in the heart health. Battery life is relatively short compared to fitbit, but series 7 charge time is faster. My new watch can charge to 100% in about 30 minutes.
